"Cx complaint is poor cooling performance and low ice production. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. Cx was having freezing on top shelves, which mostly consisted of fruit and vegtables. All of the products were pushed to the back of the shelves blocking airflow. This caused the freezing on the top shelves. Because the cx was having the freezing, the temp was lowered in the RC causing the FC temp to raise as well due to it not having its own thermistor. Also leveled doors for cx. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete."

"CX complaint: unit not heating on regular cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Heater comes on with some cycles but not others. No error codes. Diag cycle only runs for 2-3 seconds. Tested voltage at recep and term block and voltages are correct and there is no voltage drop. All plugs are secure. Tested again and regular is now heating until i put unit back together, then it went back to slight heat. Bulky still running heater as normal. Ran diag cycle again and now diag cycle is running. "cx complaint the unit is not sealing allowing moisture to build up in freezer. checked the unit and found that the freezer door was not able to close all the way to seal the gasket. therefore, ice is forming inside the freezer at the top corner. this is also allowing moisture to build up on the outside of the ice chute. unit needs a new door to resolve the issue. went ahead and sealed the cabinet so if the door does not fix the issue. than the cabinet itself must be warped not allowing the seal to be performed when shutttingf the door. the door is in a tight space with an island right in front of it. recommend a second tech so i dont damage the unit, new door, or myself while installing the door.; ordrng 1 W11566705 (stainless door) and 1 W11098702 (ice chute)"

"Cx states ovens not working, entered diagnostic mode, found saved 1d12 1d11 (Runaway temperature (650?F), door unlocked). Tested both temp sensors, both read 1080 ohms, in spec for rom temp. Powered unit back on, unit started working after power cycle, heated both ovens to 350 with no issues. If errors return unit would need control board (74009715) board is no longer available from Tribles."
