Fae2 error didnt return but f8e4 is coming from the screw that secures unit is sticking out and jamming the door so it doesnt close all the way allowing water to seeping thru the door gasket. "Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't powering on. I then checked power to the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 122.1 Volts. L2 to N = 122. 4 Volts. L1 to L2 = 240.7 Volts . I then checked the Thermal Fuse. Thermal Fuse is reading Open. Installed new Thermal Fuse. Checked the Heater Element & T.o.d. because signs of mass lint buildup with burning edges. ( Dryer has had a Thermal Event. ) Heating Element is reading Open Line. T.o.d Thermostat is reading 0.2 Ohms. Installed new Heating Element. Removed all Lint by the Heater Element. Tested the unit. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised the cx to have a Vent Company to clean vent & don't use the unit until cent company comes out and clean the vents. ) ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.). Cx paid in full by Card. Had to call the office to process payment. ; used 1 279838 ( Whirlpool Dryer Heating Element ( DS / Vs )), and 1 WP3392519 ( Whirlpool Dryer Thermal Fuse ( Ds / Vs )) from stock"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't making Ice. Checked Temperature in the Freezer Section. I'm getting 30.2 Degrees. ( Product Temperature.) I then checked the Refrigerator Section. I'm getting 49.2 Degrees. ( Product Temperature.) I then checked the pressure to the unit. Low side is reading 0 Psi and the High side is reading 105 Psi. Turned the unit off. Checked equalized pressures. 40 Psi on the Low Side & 40 Psi on the High Side. Removed all 134 A from the unit. Put unit into Service Diagnostics Test 40 . Filled unit with 140 Psi of Nitrogen. I let this sit for 20 mins. No change in Pressures. Pulled a Vacuum on the unit. Unit is holding a Vacuum. I then filled the unit with 4.75 Oz's of134 A. Pressures are 1 Bar on the Low Side & 125 on the High Side. Unit is starting to Cool. ( I advised the cx of the Cabinet completely covering the Condenser Vent. This is making the unit eat more freon cause no air can blow over the condenser. ) Cx paid for labor in full. Unit is working as Designed.

cx complaint is the unit displaying F8E1 and not filling. when i arrived the drain line was laying on teh floor going to a drain hole in the floor. i explained to cx the unit cant fill if the drian line doesnt go up the back of the unit. i raised the drain line and zip tied it to a pipe behind the unit so its at the correct height. the drain hose plugs into another drain hose from another unit to reach the hole in the floor. there is no clamp where the 2 lines meet and i dont have 1 so i zip tied that as well. tested unit and it is now workin as designed.

"Cx complaint unit shows F9E1. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Entered diag and found F9E1 error. Ran diagnostic and found it filled slowly due to valves only partially activating, drained, agitated and spun with no issues. Found issue is pressure related. Ordering valve, control and harness. "i first took temps and found 4 degrees FC, 34 degrees RC. i took thermistor reading and found 6k RC and 9.4k FC. I found defrost thermistor read 13k. I then pulled unit into a 30 inch vacuum and found the needle moved about 2 psi after shutting guages. I then pressurized system to 140psi of nitrogen and found unit lost about 10psi right away. i used mega bubbles and wiped all joint I brazed and found 0 bubbles. called TL (SR7736640514) TL said unit will be set to the exchange program. I received the text comfirming that. i did charged system with 56gs of R600A to get the unit working until it is exchanged."

cx complaint right door gasket is falling off and left side door is not closing correctly. inspected unit and found right side RC door gasket has failed and is allowing warm air to enter RC. I was able to replace right side RC gasket and used a heat gun to form gasket to mold to body of unit. I then found left door mullian was dragging on RC liner. I was able to adjust mullian and found door now closed correctly. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 looklook

"CX complaint: unit not heating on regular cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Heater comes on with some cycles but not others. No error codes. Diag cycle only runs for 2-3 seconds. Tested voltage at recep and term block and voltages are correct and there is no voltage drop. All plugs are secure. Tested again and regular is now heating until i put unit back together, then it went back to slight heat. Bulky still running heater as normal. Ran diag cycle again and now diag cycle is running. This seems to be a wiring problem. Ordering main harness and control (just in case). Cannot reschedule due to only 1 harness on system; ordrng 1 W11664629 (main harness) and 1 W11618916 (ACU)"
