Was able to access unit and found that the suspension bushing in the front right corner of the unit failed. Found that the tub had then preceeded to spin and bow out the cabinet of the unit and cause damage to the dryer next to it and the wall. Contacted techline. Contacted tradecare. arrived found unit still has water in unit should have been removed so vacumed water out then pulled washer out on floor mat replaced the drain pump put back together and tested and had no leaks and drain pump draining good. unit is good to go

"cx complaint unit not washing well. inspected unit. no errors stored. agitator isnt stripped out but it has a wobble to it im not used to seeing. dogs in agitator are good. hub doesnt feels stripped out. checked under unit, no oil leaking, splutch isnt stripped out but theres a skidmark on pulley and a little play in gearcase. ran autotest cycle and everything ran good except i heard a loud clunk when it shifted from agitate to spin. must be some kind of internal gearcase issue wearing out parts. ordering gearcase, splutch, belt, hub and agitator base.; ordrng 1 W11454738 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11418231 (agitator base) and 1 W10528947 (hub) and 1 W11213879 (belt)"
