I then started a timed cycle and found that the unit is getting good ventilation to the outside. I found that the unit is heating as well. Cx stated that the clothes get dry after running them for a few minutes on timed dry after the regular cycle ends. I found that the unit is functioning as intended. "cx complaint unit having same issue. after baking, unit will turn on downdraft fan by itself. cx said it happened within an hour after i left last time and ran for 6 hours and was beeping the whole time, no error code. inspected unit, door gasket is a little stiff so it may not be sealing properly causing heat to escape and get into control/keypad. replaced door gasket. preheated unit to 375, heard cooling fan start running once unit got to 300, which is correct. top of door and under console didnt get hot. unit started trying to activate downdraft fan once it got above 310 relay would click on and off quickly and display would show its turning on. seems keypad is getting stuck. ordering console and ordering another control. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 WP8507P23360 (control(REORDER)) and 1 W10314422 (console with keypad)"

"cx complaint is the unit not cleaning, musky smell and detergent dispensor door not working. cx says wash motor runs for a few minutes then it stops. i checked for codes and found F6E4 float switch open, F8E3 drain stuck on, F3E2 OWI shorted, F8E2 drain electric problem. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit completed cycle. F8E2, F3E2 returned. found no damage to harness. inspected control and found wash motor plug was not plugged in all the way. ohmed drain pump from board. shows 34ohms, in spec. ohmed thermistor on OWI and it reads OL. started a normal cycle. unit filled, washed for a minute then drained. ordering control and OWI and dispensor. quoted cx for repair. they paid service call and said shes going to shop around before making a decision.; ordrng 1 W11084121 (sensor) and 1 W10861000 (detergent dispenser) and 1 W10906431 (control)"

( Grill to the Evaporator is cracked & missing clips. ) Checked the Bi - Metal by running a Defrost. Heater is not turning on. Checked the Evaporator Section. Heater is plugged in. Removed all Frost. Checked the Heater Element . I'm getting 27.2 K Ohms. I then. Checked voltage to the Heater Element. I'm getting 0.32 Ac Volts while Heater Element is activated. Fan Motor will not run as well. "Customer complaint refrigerator section is freezing stuff and water dispenser. Water is not coming out cold arrived today and inspected unit. Found temps set to 33? in refrigerator and 5? in freezer. Found all items press against back wall causing improper airflow. Explain to customer the temps that way too low with no airflow things are going to freeze in the top two shelves. Set temps to recommended setting and moved items off back wall. Dispensed water and found water to be cold. I explain to customer they couldve used a lot for the reservoir had ran out and not got cold fast enough. Tested it a few times and it was cold every time. as I was wrapping up, customer stated that a previous text before that form gasket in freezer to fix moisture ice forming on top right door of freezer. She had stated she gets a little bit sometimes but nothing like she used to. I found that interior of the unit and frame were separated. About an eighth of an inch use silicone to fill gap to make sure there was no air leak into unit Unit is now working as designed job complete"
