"CX complaint: no cool in RC. Tested and verified complaint. 75 in RC and -10 in FC. Called WPTL We found that the evap fan had been locked in place with a small amount of ice. I cleared that and fan running well. Damper was unplugged and in the open positions which was causing freezing in RC until evap fan was frozen in place. Plugged in damper, tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete"

"Customer complaint is that the unit is giving an F3E1 error code and the door is locked. Unit put into diagnostics to try to get the door unlocked and clothes out of the unit. Drain pump turned on, but there is no water in the unit left to pump out. Pressure switch was recently replaced. Inspection of the air trap found some sandy material at the intake, but the air trap was clear. Air trap reassembled and power restored. Let the drain pump run for a few minutes to see if it would stop on its own. Drain stopped on its own and door unlocked. Contacted tech support with findings. Suggested having customer run a clean washer cycle. SR # 7736754516. If the issue returns after clean washer has been run, recommended replacing the control(W11201284)."
