Cx complaint is that the unit is making noise when it was running. Upon arrival I found a clicking noise. I removed the front panel and found that a coin had gotten stuck in the front gasket. I removed the coin and tested the unit and that noise went away however after a few minutes of running the rollers started to shutter and vibrate. I am ordering the roller kit. I was able to set the return visit for Thursday 7/5 anytime.; ordrng 1 4392065 (Kit Rollers)

"cx complaint thart unit is making noise when trying to go through cycle, the unit is still completling the cycle. when arrived found unit in pan and leveld proper hose installments and also found no error codes stored in the unit. ran unit through diag and no issues with locking spinning and completing.. ran through an auto test function to see if i could hear noise form cx issue. i foudn the unit to be rubbing the the veins in the pan cauing the noise.. being a new unit and new construction build home this needed rasied up bc suspenion locking agitation etc all no issues and smooth operations infromed all other noises heard through the cycle is normal and no part can replace to limit or reduce noise.."

Customer complaint unit is leaking again. I found the unit is not draining from the RC evap. But after melting the ice aroung the drain hole the unit started draining. I found the drain pan is bowing. Replaced drain paan and allso found the gasket has fail and the gasket needs to be replaced. Not sealing around the mullion. Unplugged unit and connected to a different outlet and the problem persisted. Plugged back in original outlet and the problem slowly went away before all burners work as designed. Could no longber duplicate the problem but informed the cx it may need the 2 burner heads. Cx will wait to see if the problem returns first. I tested the unit with my sniffer and found the unit is leaking from the valve one of the pipes on the outlet side is leaking. REmoved it and applied some pipe dough on the fitting. TEsted with mu meter again and the unit is not leaking anymore. Unit is good. Called techline and safety.

"Customer complaint is that the unit is giving an F3E1 error code and the door is locked. Unit put into diagnostics to try to get the door unlocked and clothes out of the unit. Drain pump turned on, but there is no water in the unit left to pump out. Pressure switch was recently replaced. Inspection of the air trap found some sandy material at the intake, but the air trap was clear. Air trap reassembled and power restored. Let the drain pump run for a few minutes to see if it would stop on its own. Drain stopped on its own and door unlocked. Contacted tech support with findings. Suggested having customer run a clean washer cycle. SR # 7736754516. If the issue returns after clean washer has been run, recommended replacing the control(W11201284)."
