Customer complaint unti left front burner is not turning on all the time. I tested the unit and the burner is turning on but sometimes even on high i can get it turn on. But if i go aroud with the switch then it starts. Customer also complained about turning off by it self and not turning back on. I explained to the cusotmer that this burner workj with temperature. And depending where the switch is they will turn on and off to maintain temperature setting. Customer seemed that she understand. I can see the burner turning on when it turns. But i can tell if is a swtich only issue or is both. Ordering switch and burner. Customer did not have pop. She said she is going to Lowes to get a copy so i just got actual good date. I had customer started the unit and she was holding the buttonfor to long and the unit would not start. I explained to the cusotmer that the if all the lights are on is not one. And she just needs to press the button to start. If she is canceling the cycle she holds it for 3 seconds. Customer seem like she understand and was able to started on her own. Unit is good.

Cx complaint is that the ice maker is not making ice. Upon arrival I found that the Ice maker has an E5 error. I checked the temps and found that the ice box temp was around 10 deg. I ran test 57 and could hear the ice maker struggling to rotate. It timed out and i found that the arms were nver able to rotate and are in the 90 degree position from home position. Removed pantry drawer and found frost build up on evap cover. Unit will need harness. Under SP, unit will need service kit and labor is covered under Scode.
