Cx complaint is unit locks the lid in the start of the cycle and it never did that before. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found in the use and care guide where is states washer does not lock until final spin. Also found f3e1 error code for pressure system fault and also found unit agitating way to fast during the normal wash. Washer was switching from CW to CCW rotation so fast the agitator was barely moving. Ordering control to correct all of these issues. Cannot reschedule at this time.; ordrng 1 W11411581 (control)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Breaker is tripping when the Dryer is in use. Tested the voltage at the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 122.4 Volts. L2 to N = 122.5 volts. L1 to L2 = 245.1 volts. I then started the Dryer. Pulled Amps on the unit. L1 is reading 24. 87. L2 is reading 22.49. Breaker is a 30 Amp. Cx will need an Electrician. Cx is also saying that at times the breaker is warm. Cx has a weak Breaker. Unit is working as Designed.

"Cs unit leaves clothes soaked and wet and standing water at the end of cycle, couldnt confirm complaint.No error codes in the system , diagnotics cycle completed perfectly and I also ran a quick wash and monitored tht thru the entire cycle. Quick wash completed she drain out and spun really fast for me.Unit must be having a control issue.Ordering comtrol and pressure switch. Advised not to use alot of soap because with will leave clothes soaked because it cant drain over suds. "Temps at 12 degrees in FC Temps at 60 degrees in RCCustomer complaint unit is not cooling refrigerator side arrived today and verified complaint and found no air coming out of diffuser. Inspected back wall of freezer and found no frost buildup and had evap fan running strong, pulled off air duct from ceiling of freezer section and found full of ice leading into refrigerator section. Explain to customer that we have an air leak which is causing this issue. All gaskets sealed so this could have been door was left open. He admitted it could have happened. Customer has unit inside of garage and it is not climate controlled or ventilated. Explain to customer that this is probably going to continue to happen due to having fridge in garage. Unit is cooling properly And working as intended. Just not in the proper environment. Customer paid $120 service call. Job complete."

"CX complains unit is still making noise during high speed spin. Ran unit through quick cycle with load to replicte issue. Unit is still cavitating during spin cycle. Unit still shows no errors and does not seem to be off balance. Called techline with findings due to being repeated issue, spoke to Nate who said as long as unit is finishing cycle, has no mechanical errors, and is doing what it is designed to do then issue is cosmetic. Was able to go around the inside of the rear panel with isolation material to help quiet it down. Unit sounded better in diagnostic testing. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load. unit now sounds much better but unit will need foam tape installed for proper repair. Office to schedule return when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 WP3191239 (seal-foam)"
