Cx complaint frost in freezer and high freezer temps. Was able to access unit and found that unit was pushed too far into cabinet so the freezer door was catching on the cabinet and not allowing it to close on left side but right side was not so it was pushing in door switch. Warm air entered and cold air escaped causing higher temps and frost. Corrected the issue and verified good frost patterns. No further work needed filled out techline form online

I ran test 45 twice and found that the valve is opeing and water flows. I ran test 3 and found no movment form the FC fan motor. I found temps FC at 13 degrees . I inspected the evap and found a good frost pattern. I am ordering 1 FC evap fan motor (W11452196) and 1 control board (W10843055). "Customer complaint, icemaker was not making ice after a power surge had happened at customers home arrive today and verified complaint and found no ice and ice bin inspecting ice bin I have found there is a piece of wood lodged under ice bin. Place unit in diagnostic mode and checked all for misters as they passed. Ran ice box fan, which blew strong. Checked error codes and had none present. E0. Removed ice bin from unit and inspected fill tube and found it was clogged with ice. I also found a bunch of ice and frost on top of icemaker. unit has an air leak possibly caused by wood in an ice bin that is not allowing it to properly seal. After removing all the ice from icemaker, I reinstalled and reset power by disconnecting the power plug from the wall. Reconnected power and three-way valve just kept clicking. called a sealed system tech and was advised to run test four until unit completed which I did and the three-way valve continue to click. This is going to cause the unit to not cool until this is repaired. Explained to customer that the power surge had potentially cause control board to become defective and which is now not allowing the three-way valve to find home position. quoted customer for repair of a control board and she had stated she would not want to do any repairs that cost more than that. Customer will give us a call within 30 days from today to decide what they would like to do. If customer has any questions, I told them they could give the office a call and get in contact with me. Unit is still not working as intended. Job complete"

Cx states electrical tested good. Was able to access unit and found continuity in fuses and element had 9.6 Ohms. Checked incoming voltage by isolating the power coard and found L1 to G is 119.6 VAC L2 to G is 19.69 VAC and L1 to L2 is 96.1 VAC incoming. Cx will need a licensed electrician and not maintenance to correct issue and have receipt provided for future before returning. Unit checks good no further work needed

cx complaint is the unit not draining. cx said it was full of water and displaying F9E1. cx used a shop vac to empty unit. i checked for codes and found F9E1 as the only saved code. tried running drian pump but it didnt make any noise. inspected under unit and found the cover on the bottom of the drain pump was hanging loose. wires are still connected but pump only runs when black wire is held in place just right. harness is damaged. unit will need a new lower harness. i fixed the connector so cx can use the unit for now. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (washer harness)

"Customer complaint is that the unit is forming water in the bottom of the fresh food compartment again. Visual inspection confirmed issue. Removed the drain tube and no water came down, drain tube is empty and unclogged. Drain tube reinstalled. Applied to steam to the fresh food evaporator drain to see if the drain froze inside the cabinet. Drain would not open up. Had to flush steaming water into the pan several times before the unit finally drained. Drain line inside the cabinet was frozen. Documented findings with tech support online. Customer to monitor for any further issues, but if the water comes back again, the issue is likely an insulation gap in the cabinet freezing the drain line, which is not repairable."

"cx says they have an extended warrenty. i called the office but they had nothing saying unit was covered. called whirlpool and they transfered me to AIG. they said unit is covered by warrenty and they are sending a new ticket to the office with warrenty info. SR#7736722563. cx complaint is moisture on the mullion and the ice coming out crushed when set to cubed. i tested IM, its dispensing properly but a lot of cubes are bridged. i adjusted fill height on IM and removed the bridged cubes from the bin. i found mullion is getting 14vdc. tested heater and found the wire is broken where it plugs into the connector. replaced mullion with preIDed part. unit is now working as designed."

cx complaint lower grill was damaged. inspected unit and found left lower grill was damaged. unit falls under 30 day cosmetic. replaced grill and found unit now checks good.

Cx complaint unit oven does not heat. Inspected unit and ran bake at 350. Igniter heats up a little. Tested igniter reading 133ohms. Tested new igniter reading 54ohms. Installed new igniter. Tested unit and burners all are igniting. Cx paid in full.

cx complaint unit left some marks on clothes. I found unit does heat and I took exhaust temps and found aroud 163 degrees using a thermal cuppler. I did found the heater box grill has char marks. i was able to get some stains on a paper towel. called TL (SR7736723515) and safety. unit is working as desgin

"cx complaint unit shutting off after 400*, having to cycle breaker to get unit to turn back on. turned both top and bottom oven on, breaker tripped and wouldn't reset at first. turned unit back on and turned ovens on, breaker got hot during operation and tripped again and wouldn't reset. cx paid diag fee and will call electrician to replace breaker and test unit. completing job unless cx calls back"
