Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the refrigerator / Freezer has a vibration noise. I then checked the Freezer Temperatures. I'm getting -1.3 Degrees. Refrigerator Temperatures are reading 37.5 Degrees. Checked the Freezer Section. Ice is on the Cap Tube & Suction Line. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Whirlpool has me removed the Ice on the Cap Tube and restart the unit. Checked the Evaporator. Freezer Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. Per Whirlpool Techline this is not a Seal System Repair. Customer complaint unit is freezing in therefrigerator top area. I tested temps and the temps are good 36 in refrigerator and 0 in freezer. I pulled unit out and tested the compressor and is reading .5 amps and is really hot. I unplugged the unit and cooled the compressor and when it first started the compressor was 1 amps then went down to .9 and it kep going down until it got to .5 again. Unit has a low chanrge or compressor is starting to go bad. Unit will seal system work. She said she is not doing that she is going to get a new one.
