Customer stated the unit still not heating up correctyl. They set to 350 and the unit is about 280 after is done cooking. I started a bake cycle and checked for temps and im gettgin a high of 370 and a low of of 337 same temps with in 1 or 2 degrees and getting an average of about 354. The unit is heating but it takes a really long time to heat up and the control keeps clicking while is heating up. The relay ofn the board must be weak because is clicking way too much on heating and i can see on the temps that it clicks and temp starts to climb and then clicks for and temps stops going up then clicks again and temp starts to go up until it reaches temp. I was getting wierd redings from the heater 15 to 30 ohms. Element may be bad as well and taking the control off. Odering control and bake.; ordrng 1 W11548749 (Control) and 1 WP9755770 (elmnt-bake)

Customer complaint unit is not cooling refrigerator side and barely cooling. Freezer side arrived today and verified complaint. Found back wall of freezer to be completely frosted. Removed evap cover and found the evaporator is frozen. Defrost with steam gun and found connector for heater has separated from wire. Re-pin wire to connector And reinstalled on heater. Reinstalled all parts and set temps to correct temperature. Unit is now working as designed. Evaporator fan is running explain to customer to give it 24 hours before placing things back in unit. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer Dispenser Trey is full of Water at the end of the cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F2E1 = Stuck Key. Ran Key Activation Test on the unit. All Keys passed the Test. I then ran Service Test 51 on the unit. At the end of the Test the Dispenser Trey was full of Water. Installed new Dispenser Trey reran the Test. Dispenser is clear only a little bit of water. I advised the cx that only a little bit of water is Normal. Unit is working as Designed. If the cx calls back order the Water Inlet Valve = W11165546. Don't go without parts.

cx has a few issues with unit and drying and settings on unit and unit running. no codes found in unit. ran a factory cycle and first time unit ran 3 sec and shut off. ran again and cycle went through. had a big wet towel in unit on timed dry to try that and check temps. unit ranges from 123 low and 176 hight and set on high. ran multiple tests on unit with wet paper towelas well. unit is running and heating but not hitting high temps as we as picking up moisture as wempty with wet towel it went into cool down after a few min but not every time.she also said at times unit wont come on and they unplug unit for a bit to get it to work. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11618917 (control) and 1 WPW10298258 (Harness) and 1 W11413567 (Fascia)

Removed interior of freezer and defrosted evaporator with steam gun found right side, defrost harness connector to have come apart re-pin connector and replaced evap fan and harness, reinstalled all parts and waited until fan came on, that connector could be why the unit was not going into defrost and why the evaporator was full of ice unit is now working as designed job complete"
