cx complaint is all lights in unit being dead. confirmed complaint. all lights are out in both sections. i found lights extremly hard to remove. i finally got 1 out and found it covered in foam. connector is buried in the foam as well. i called techline because im concerned im not going to be able to replace all these lights and may damage liner trying to do so. techline had me send them a picture of the overfoamed light. they advised that is nonrepairable and advised cx call customer care. i explained this to cx and he asked that i try to replace those lights. i told him the liner will be damaged if i do and he said that was ok. i was able to install all lights but 1 connector got damaged. its currently working but i advised cx to call whirlpool anyway.

cx complaint gasket is falling off and door rubbing. inspected unit and found gasket came offi freezer and some in fridge. fridge gasket is giving issue so grabbed pre id gasket and found its defective has a rip in it. reinstalled old gasket and is staying place good. went to freezer door and is rubbing and needs a washer so added washer to hinge and fixed freezer gasket and this one is also giving issues staying in place so rotated it and now is staying in place good. heated gaskets so they seal to cabinet and told cx to keep and eye on the gaskets. unit is good to go

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher isn't cleaning Dishes. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F4E3 = Motor will not run. Checked the Harness connections to the Sump Motor. Sump Motor is fully plugged in. F7E1 = No Heat. Checked the connections to the Heating Element. Heating Element has both connections plugged in as well. I then installed new Sump Motor. Tested the unit. No leaking. Unit is now washing & Heating. Cleared error codes from the unit.
