Customer complaint unit is displaying check vent light. I tested the unit and im getting bad airflow. I removed the hose and found lint in it. The cusotmer stated that after we were here she got a vent cleaner and the light was still there. I clear the lint. and tested with the hose disconnected and the light did not come on. I then installed the vent and tested and go check vent. I vacumed the catched case and tested again and this time the unit sensed correctly and lower time and did not displayed check vent. I adviced the customer if they keep getting the error to call the vent cleaner again.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that it takes multiple cycles for the unit to Dry clothes. I then checked the power to the unit. L1 to N = 122.0 volts. L2 to N = 121.8 volts. L1 to L2 = 243.9 Volts. I then checked the Heating Element. I'm getting 11.4 Ohms. Heater Element is Heating. Tco is reading 0.1 ohms. Cycling Thermostat is getting 120 volts. Heater Element is cycling. Made sure that the Fan Motor is spinning. I then. Checked the Vent with Meter. Meter is saying poor Drying. Checked the Vent. Damper isn't Opening when the unit is running. Cx will need to have a Vent Company to check Vent / Clean / replace the Damper. Unit is working as Designed. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is putting Hot Water into the Drum no matter what options they select. Checked the Water connections to the house. Found that the lines to the Washer is backwards. House Cold Tap is actually Hot Water. Cold Water is actually Hot. Cx will need a plumber to correct this issue. For now I reversed the Water Lines. Tested the unit. Cold is now Cold & Hot is Hot. Unit is working as Designed.

"cx complaint unit will start but wont do anything and wont lock lid. inspected unit and verified complaint. ran diagnostics, f6e3 communication error, f7e7 motor unable to reach target rpm, f1e2 motor drive module over voltage, f3e2 pressure system fault. lid locks in component activation. pressure hose is good. both windings of motor read 8.5 ohms, should be good. found when trying to run motor it just hums and doesnt turn. so it cant complete sensing to lock the lid. cleared errors and replaced control. no errors came up when i plugged it back in this time. ran calibration and autotest, both completed properly. also started quick wash cycle and waited until it advanced to wash then ran drain and spin. all ran correctly. no errors came back. unit is now working properly."
