I accessed the element and found that it is reading OL. I found that the element has failed in several spot along the coil. I was able to replace the element and tested. Per cx request I started a cycle with a load of towels and observed the cycle for several minutes. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint unit displaying 'check vent' light. inspected and found errors f4e3 and f4e4. one of which being restricted airflow. checked ducting behind unit and found about 8 inches of the ducting to be collapsed and crushed. also when pulling the ducting off confirmed proper airlfow coming from the dryer which would indicate that beyond the crushed duct hose, the ducting is likely in need of be cleaned. reccommended to cx to have a ducting company come out to repair the damaged duct and clear the dust and debris from inside the hose as described on page 7 of the Use and Care Guide. unit is not safe for use without the neccessary ducting requirements listed in the Installation Instructions and would not be approved for use. the dryer itself appears to be operrating as designed."

"CX complains unit is not draining and is making noise during spin cycle. CX is within manufacture warranty. Found unit drain pump to be blocked and caused pump to wear prematurly. Was able to remove blockage and drainpump to restore draining. Unit will need splutch, belt, and actuator for repair. cx complaint is fridge side does not seem cold as well as water out door does not seem cold. he has both sections turned all the way down. took temp readings of -7 in freezer and 37 in fridge. tested and checked unit. temps in range and unit packed right and has gap in back besides the upper lower shelf and had a rubber trim piece that covered from back of shelf to wall and air flow could not drop past. lower drawer was warmer. removed piece and advised cx to give unit the next couple days and see if water gets colder. also advised that unit may only hold 2 cups of cold water before water temp starts to go up to house water temp. unit checks as it is. job complete.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is still leaking Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test - 35 Mullion Heater Test. Turned the Mullion on checked the voltage. I'm getting 12.65 Dc Volts. Checked Service Test 34 - Mullion Heater Mode. Heater is turned Off. Put Mullion on for 100% of the time. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7736882659. Gave all information to whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline unit will take a couple of days bto correct it's self. Advised cx of this issue.

"Cx complaint is that the FC is frosting and the RC is freezing some items and the unit is making a loud noise intermittently. Upon arrival I found that the FC door is not sealed properly and is allowing warm air to enter the FC. I found that the door is bowed at the bottom and will need to be replaced. I also found that the mullion has moisture on it and is not functioning when activated. I also ran test 121 and found that the noise is coming from the damper. the motor is running roughly. I am ordering the mullion, damper and FC door. I informed the cx that the door will ship directly to them.
