Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher will not start a cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F8E4. Checked the Float Switch. Found that the unit is leaning forward and isn't level. Leveled the unit. Removed all Water.( I advised to the cx that the Dishwasher has to be secured. I also advised that the lower Rack will need to be loaded properly. Plates only up front of the Door and all other items can be put in the back of the lower Rack. I advised that the cx reads the manual / Use and Care Guide. ) Cleared error codes. Ran Service Test. No leaks. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"cx complaint cant removed filter. inspected unit and verified complaint. was able to pull out old filter by grabbing it with channel locks and pushing button at same time. found cx using generic filters. advised cx i can just put the new filter in or replace filter housing so this shouldnt happen again. cx said replace housing. found preid housing damaged, plastic where screws go broken off, pic saved. tried putting filter in new housing since the ejecting function should still work. still wouldnt kick out new generic filter. advised cx issue may be the generic filters and to try buying everydrop#3 filter and see if it still doesnt kick it out. quoted 344.43 for replacing filter housing. cx paid 120 service call with c/c and will see if it will eject everydrop filters before calling back"

"F8e2 drain motor electrical problem F6e4 inlet valve float switch CX complaint unit will start to wash but will not drain. Arrived today and inspected unit. Verified complaint found error codes above. I started wash cycle and forced drain and unit never drained. Remove front panel and inspected control and harness. Found control is not light up , when unit is in drain cycle. Found that user interface does countdown as if it is draining. Had drain pump on truck and installed drain pump to test and with new drain pump was not getting anything to happen. Inspected float switch under unit and make sure nothing was stuck under float switch inside unit and is working properly. cx complaint unit going off balance of every cycle. inspected unit and found suspension and tub/basket bouncing agressively. checke diag entry and found errors f7e0 f2e1. erased errors and determined that there were not detrimental to the off balance cycles. recommended suspension to cx and replaced with pre id parts making a substantial improvement to the unit stability. also adusted feet so that unit is firmly planted and performed calibration. unit now checks good. cx pif.
