"cx complaint unit showing f8e4. inspected and found no tears in gasket, no cracks in tub (cheked all corners), no leaks within the inner door panel, heater is updated and no leaks found there. did find however that the inlet valve had a small amount of water corrosion beneath it as if the valve or supply hose had been leaking. but after auto test cycle and mutliple times of filling and draining unit, it does not appear to be actively leaking now. without being able to replicate issue, instructed cx to closely monitor and call back if f8e4 returns."
