The customer stated she never used the timer. Unless the timer did not move for two years and she was only using the switch. "Customers complaint they are stating that dishes are not drying arrive today and tested unit found no error codes in diagnostic mode and unit completed cycle with no problems found no rinse aid in unit attempted to pull unit out to inspect harness and heating element and could not do so. Tile floor was replaced in kitchen and failed to do flooring underneath of unit. Unit drops about 3/4 of an inch down into a subfloor. Attempted to lower legs and remove unit but could not do so unit was dropped in and swallowed up by the cabinets and the floor. Possible damage to cabinets if we attempt to keep pulling this thing out, explained to customers, father that this unit will need to be removed and accessible for us to properly inspect and fix. Once the unit is removed, please give us a call back to reschedule."

Cx paid for the Service Call, Parts , Shipping and Tax.
