CX commplaint is WM not working F6E2 code. Inspected/tested and found unit immediately flashes F6E2 when going into diagnostics. Verified 120vac to control and 5.7vdc to UI at J18 1&3. Discovered unit has a bad UI. Went to replace pre-id console and verified that it indeed fixed issue and found fascia loose. Upon further inspection of fascia found numerous broke clips that the unit was shipped with and box also damaged. You can see corner of console is damaged. Spoke to MA and installed console anyway since it is OOw and CX is paying for part anyway. Re-ordering console. Returning tech must put console back in damaged box left at CX house and return as defective and replace with new one. see sticky note. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Freezer Evaporator. Freezer Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. I then checked the Refrigerator. Found that the Refrigerator Evaporator is Frosted / Iced Over. I then removed all Frost / Ice. Installed new Evaporator Fan Motor with Thermistor. Tested the unit. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid in full by card.
