"Cx complaint is unit making a loud clunking noise during agitation. Found excessive play between the drive pulley and agitator. When agiating, even empty unit was very loud and cx had a video of what it sounds like when there is clothes and water in it. Everytime it changes direction there is clunking/grinding. Reordering gearcase and ordering the splutch and agitator just incase one of them is causing the issue. Also ordering the motor becuase when spun by hand, the pully is not square to the motor shaft. This could cause excessive belt wear. "I was able to access unit and first took FC evap cover off and found a half evap frost pattern. I then pulled unit out and removed back cover and hook gauges up and found a 1 in vacuum low side and 100psi high side. i then watch frost pattern and found unit build a full frost pattern with in 15-20min. called TL (SR7736905567) test 1=01, test 2=01, test 7=01 we switch it to 02. TL wanted me to test both RC and FC thermistors in ice water. I found FC thermistor was 8.51kohms, RC thermistor was 7.93kohms. thermistors are good. TL recommended replacing main control and user interface at this point. not a SS issue. once parts are in please reach out to cx ans set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11224256 (CONTROL) and 1 W11579559 (user interface)"

Inspection of the drive system found no visable issues, splutch nut is secure and the gearcase is not leaking oil. Pulled a few coins out from between the washplate and basket. Ran test cycle and the unit has stability issues in spin and is squealing. cx complaint is things dont always dry at times and they run cycles a few times as well as tried other settings. tested and checked unit. no codes in unit. ran factory cycle and then reset unit. unit was set on eco boost and she didnt know what that was for. on normal heat unit heated to 224 then dropping. found unit pushed to wall and had hose half smashed. pulled unit out and checked vent on outside and went over uniut and load size and everything with him. he will try a few loads and see how it does. believe it was a vent issue and he said she doesnt put to much in unit as well as eco boost isse. unit checks. job complete.
