"Confirmed cx complaint unit not advancing cycles. Found service pointer W11679421 pertaining to issue. Cx having issues starting unit. Went over start procedures with unit. Cx is turning the power on and then holding the start button, waiting to see the unit lock according to the lid lock light. Holding it for this extended period is causing the unit to pause before it fills up, not advancing the cycle. Instructed cx to turn the unit on with the power button and to hold the start button only until all the lights light up on the ui and to make sure she lets it go after she sees the lights light up or hears the lid lock engage. Cx is elderly and confused, may have issues again. If she calls back please remind her of this process as her confusion may persist.; ordrng 1 look"
