came out to replace parts and agitator screw is siezed in this time and stripped bolt out. weill need to break agitator to get to screw to remove with a reverse thread socket to remove bolt before ordering new tub and basket and everything. unit still works and runs so we will come out with tools needed and parts to replace that will be broken to repair unit. this job will take some time. as soon as everything goes through and parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W10752187 (Washplate Screw) and 1 W11550891 (Washer Agitator) and 1 Look (Look)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. I then checked the Temperatures in the Freezer Section. I'm getting 19.4 Degrees. I then checked the pressures to the unit. Low side is reading 0 & High side is reading 104 Psi.( Compressor is running really hot.) I then removed all 134 from the system. Filled the unit with Nitrogen to 135 Psi. Unit is holding pressures for 20 mins. Refilled the unit. Pressures are 120 Psi on the High side and 1 Bar on the Low side. Unit will need the Compressor & Access Valve. ; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (Whirlpool Refrigerator Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Whirlpool Refrigerator Access Valve Coupler)

"Customer complaint unit is not cooling.I can hear the starting device clicking and the compressor turns on for like 2 seconds and then custs off. The compressor is really hot. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher is Leaking Water when Dishwasher is running and sink water is being ran. I then. Checked under the sink to check high loop. Cx has no high loop. Installed High Loop. Tested the unit. While testing the unit. I also ran the sink. No leaks. ( Advised the cx to use Rinse Aid. Cx isn't using Rinse Aid. But also complaining that there is waster in the bottom of the Tub after a cycle. ) Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Found unit still no power contacted techline and spoke to Johnathon SR#7736922920 Checked p16 3-7 and found 0.5VDC, Disconnected triton board to isloate and nothing.Disconnected 3way valve nothing. J4 1-4 0VDC at triton board.Disonnected side ui after finding 0VDC and ui powered on and began to cool. Will need side ui Contacted parts and spoke to CV. Secured part and scheduled return for Wed 7/26/23. Will bring evap cover for return. "cx complaint unit RC isnt cool, ice maker isnt making ice. inspected unit and found unit has no water to it. was able to turn water on and found feed line was leaking at valve and hook up a unit. i was able to tighten both ends and stop leak. i found water now dispenses and IM now gets water. i then took a FC temp and found 2 degrees, 39 degrees RC. temps are good. i advised cx to get to water supply line. unit checks good."

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Free Standing Ice Maker is making thin Ice. I then started the unit. Unit filled the Water Reservoir. The Recirculation Pump is pumping Water to the Evaporator Water Grid. Ice is starting to form. Only thing sheets are being made. These are signs of low Freon levels / low charge in the system. Unit will need the Compressor, Access Valve & Drier. cx complaint wheel broken also not washing. arrived today and did confirm. dw is getting good water pressure but spray arms are not turning. low water pressure. i checked for debis clogging spray arms and is was a little debis but not enough to slow water down this much. cx will need sump and motor. she did not want to go through with the wheel service because she may be getting a new dw.; ordrng 1 6-919963 (sump motor)
