I canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1. cleared code and ran manual water dipsensing and found both hot and cold water was dispensing slowly. if the unit takes longer then 8-10 mins to fill unit will time out and stop cycle. replaced inlet valve and actuator found now dispenses as design. can a quick wash and found when unit was draining to go into a spin it never stopped draining. called TL to report finding. unit needs control due to a pressure related issue. once part is approved please reach out to cx and set up a return visit. qad; ordrng 1 W11608058 (control)

You can get motor to activate briefly in diagnostics but it makes a loud gringing noise then shuts off. Ordering harness, motor and blower wheel. Cx complaint is that the unit frosted over since the last repair. Upon arrival I found that the unit was shut off. I repowered the unit and ran test 6 and found that the bimetal was open. I then tested the circuit at the control and found it to resd OL. I am ordering the evap fan/harness. "Cx complaint cooling not up to expectations. Cx believes that the temperatures in both compartments are too high in spite of changing temps, Cx would like unit 35F-38F in RC and below 0F in FC. Temp was 38in rc and 10 in fc then cx changed airflow and it went to 42F in fc and 2F in Rc. Cx had icecream frozen but soft.Using thermocoupler found product temperature of 39F in RC but cx had nothing in freezer but evap had full frost pattern and fan was working. Believed to be a cx issue contacted techline spoke to Rob. Unit is operating as designed no further work needed"
