Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles. Entered diag and found error code F8E1 long fill. Inspected and found cx has 1 hose hooked up to sink for water supply. Then it breaks off into to hoses feeding into unit. Instructed cx that's not enough water going in and that she needs both hot and cold supplies for unit to operate. Cx has hot/cold water lines coming in behind unit and will need licensed plumber to cut in valves for hoses. Cx understood and will contact landlord. Ran test and unit completed test without further issues.

cx says the unit flooded the basement at the start of this from the freezer ice maker. the ice maker was already replaced for this unit and the unit would not fill the mold after. resupplied water to the unit and dont see anything leaking. jumpped t and h and holding the door switch the ice maker starts a harvest cycle but does not fill. isolated the valve and found the ice maker sends 120vac to the valve. replaced the valve and tested the ice maker and the tray now fills. dont see the unit leaking after. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 W10886939 (icemaker(already installed))

"CX complai t is that the unit will not opperate. I found that the unti had a F9E2 error code. I cleared the code and attempted to start the unit. I foun d no opperation. I tehn canceled cycle and found the drain pump to not power on. I was able to pull the unit out of the cab and accessed the DP. I found a resistance reading of 18 OHM's. DP requirres a Resistance reading of 26-36 OHM's . I replaced the DP from van stock and found no opperation fron the drain again. I removed the DP conncetor at the pump anf took a voltage reading and found a fluctuating Voltage reading of 36-90 V's AC. I did find the propper 120V's supplied to the unit at the term block. I am ordering 1 control board (W11462459). I have set a return date for 7/28/23; ordrng 1 W11462459 (control 6 @ tribs), used 1 W11497943 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock"

"cx complaint left burners not igniting and center burner only partially igniting. cx said it got better after propane tanks were serviced but they still dont light most times. cx tried cleaning burner heads. inspected unit and verified complaint. found center burner just needed taken apart and cleaned. for left burners, found theres a tiny hole hidden in burner head that lets gas thru to the spark and its clogged up with soap residue. hole blends in very well when its clogged with residue. cleaned out hole. tested unit, all burners iginting immediately now. unit is now working properly"

Got to the unit and went to installed the housing but after pulling the unit i found the body is leaking and ther is water in between the metal cover and insulation in the back. The drain water from defrost is coming out of the body. The unit is unrepairable. Both filter housing and body in unit is leaking. The customer decline replacing the filter housing. Sent it back and needs refund for the part. 164.20. Last tech left the part but never installed it. And he did not select it as will use in return visit. "SR// 7736943019. Customer complaint unit is displaying error code F1E5 inverter board. I found the unit is just saying cooking then it pops the errocode. But i am not getting interior light, turn table or mag fan. The unit is detecting door clos and open. I called techline and we test switches from at the control and is detecting switches execpt one techline said is one of the switches on the right side. Monitor switch. I had a switch i could use and the unit still doing the same thing. I am getting good checks on door switches. I tested transfomer i am not getting 20vAc to the light. Ordering AM, transformer. switch harness and magentron. Bring back the Inverter board TEchline adviced to replace it with the mag together. Call customer when parts are available. owes 110; ordrng 1 W11325786 (AM) and 1 W11238401 (transformr) and 1 W11449277 (Harness) and 1 W11346197 (Magnetron) and 1 look (look)"
