cx complaint is units not making ice. said he changed the filter and did a cleaning on unit and it feels warm and not making ice. turned unit on to run and no water as well as drain pump seems broke and hanging down as well. unit was off awhile and warm. removed filter and replaced as it wasnt set right and got water but clow. water just leaked out lower pump as its broke. will need parts to replace to get unit running and test further. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11542868 (Drain Pump) and 1 WPW10511923 (Temperature Sensor)

Door Seal is not sealing properly on the left upper Freezer Door. Heated the Door Seal with Heat Gun. Door seems to be Sealed. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7736946817 to report all findings. If the cx calls back order the Slides = W10758096 ( will need both) Gasket = W11625085. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)
