"CX complai t is that the unit is not longer cooling. I found that the time of arrive the unti to be opperating. vap fan motor moving and heard the compressor running. I was able to remove the racking and the rear evap cover/ wall. I found frost on the cap tub from the liner to the evap ciol, but no frost pattern past that point or on the coil. I spoke to SS Tech MM and explained my findings. Unit will need 1 sealed system repair . I quoted CX for the cost of repair in the amount of $1,403.52 . I collected 4120.00 for service charges. CX will call into the office if a repair is wanted."

Cx complaint is that the unit was making a loud noise when spinning. Upon arrival I found that the nut had come loose from the gearcase allowing the pulley to ride against the cover. I was able to rescure the nut and use blue loctite. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complains unit FC is getting too cold and has ice forming on shelves, unit FC handle is loose, Icemaker is filling too much and RC is too warm. CX has parts and labor auth # for visit. Found FC set to 0*F and is reading 0*F, Found RC to be set at 37*F and is reading 40*F. Icebin has 2 ice cubes above 'full' line, which CX says it should not do. FC has frost on shelves from opening door and warm air collecting on shelves (normal opperation) was able to tighten FC door handle. called techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7736959999 who said unit working as designed. No further work needed."

"CX complannt. Washer not working , Prior diagnosis found unit needs lid lock and control , sr7736960953. After installing lid lock and control unit did same thing . After calibration the units LID lock started flashing red. Called tech support , SR7736960953 and reported findings. Tech support ran me through resistance checks on several plugs , Had me unplug several things to see if red light would stop flashing , Unit would not respond. Tech support deemed unit non repairable due to control being replaced several times with same issue. Refered CX to customer service .RB"

Inspected underneath and found the belt had come off splutch and motor. Found no damage to belt and placed back on. Recalibrated and ran auto test, test completed without any other issues.
