"cx complaint is the unit not unlocking the door. cx said door was stuck shut and drain pump was running. she tried cycling power and holding power button. after several days the unit finally unlocked. i checked for codes and found F8E1, F9E1. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit completed cycle. drain pump ran fine. water flow is slow. i cleaned the screens, flow is a little better but not great. pulled drian hose out, it was pushed down about 2 feet. i pulled it out so its about 6in in and zip tied it in place. unit will need inlet valves. marking pressure switch for use on return to be safe. unit is stacked, 2nd tech will be needed to remove dryer. schedule when apporved.; ordrng 1 W10599356 (inlet valves) and 1 2tech (2 tech)"

Cx complaint is unit making a loud humming noise. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found where the condensor comes out of the compressor the condensor is vibrating making a loud humming noise. Touching the condensor itself does not change the noise and neither does the compressor. A slight touch on the condensor line makes the vibration go away. Used insulation tape on the line to dampen noise and adjusted line until noise was almost silent. Cx is happy with repair. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

"cx complaint unit is leaking asked diaghter from where and not sure room smells like mold. i inspected unit and then checked for errors and had none, ran service cycle and no elaks till unit drained and was over flowing out drain pipe so unplugged right away. found screen on drain hose. i then had daughter call her mom and she came down and told me she had plumber out a week ago due to the drain being clogged and told cx to use the screens and after a week the screen is clogged. i told cx to call the plumber back she needs a better solution. i told her to get a bigger sink and have washer drain into that incase a pipe clogs the sink will hold the water. removed filter off hose and ran washer again and we had no leaks and drains good. calibrated control unit is good to go"
