CX complaint is no ice and FC will not close. Inspected unit and found ice inside left of RC and door not aligned properly. CX was opening FC door improperly causing to door not to close right. Reset slides and doors closing properly. I tested IM and no fill. tube frozen. Checked valave and it is good. Heater replaced was installed improperly. I also used insullation tape to fill gap at IM by line and down fill tube. Replaced with new fill tube heater. Went to level unit because it is wobbling and doors were not even close to being aligned.Found Roller cabs on cabinet renedered defective from install and unit cannot be safely balanced or leveled. Ordering both roller cabs.Spoke to ANdrew at WPTL. Went over findings and sent pics of roller cabs. Ordering new cabinet rollers; ordrng 1 WPW10515763 (roller) and 1 WPW10515762 (roller)
