Water dispenser dispensing water. Checked use and care guide, use and care guide advises removing unit water filter if cx has reverse osmosis system as it can cause reduced water pressure which can cause issues with ice maker and water dispenser lines freezing up. Icemaker in freezer working properly. Called techline, techline confirmed that filter should be left out of unit as it can cause these issues, techline also advised to order a new ice maker as it may not be cycling as frequently as it's supposed to and can be damaged even if it's not displaying error codes/working currently.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker)"

Per previous diag I was able to replace the belt. I then tested the unit and found that the drum is still vibrating excessively after running for a short period. I called TL and documented my findings. I inspected the front felt bearing and the plastic ring on the drum. I found that the felt bearing has areas that are worn and not seated properly. Cx complaint is that the unit will not drain or do anything. Upon arrival I found that the cx had gotten the water out. I entered diag and found an F9E1. I then removed the panel and tested the drain pump at the control and found it to read OL. I then tipped the unit back and found that the drain pump was damaged and the wires have separated from the connector. I was able to installed connections to the pump for temporary. I am ordering the lower harness and will use the drain pump on return. I was able to set the return visit for Wednesday 8/23 anytime.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower Harness)

"cx complaint unit making high pitched buzzing noise when it starts agitating and towards end of cycle. doesnt do it throughout the whole cycle but does make noise everytime she uses unit. inspected unit, no errors stored. ran test cycle, no unusual noises. checked under unit, found a plastic bag that was more than likely rubbing on rotor. removed bad. gearcase tests good. removed rotor and inspected slider and that looks good too. started quickwash with a handful of towels in it and it didnt make the noise. must have been the plastic bag under unit. unit is now working properly"

cx complaint temps are off freezer wont go to 0 fridge is warmer than normal. inspected unit freezer is 10 set to -2 fridge is 38 set to 33 fans compressor are running frost pattern is full. pulled unit out and checked compressor is the ground under unit is very hot compressor is hot can only hold my hand on it for 4 seconds pulling 1.2amps. compressor has to be the issue. s.s. parts and labor are covered for 5 years so ordering compressor coupler and uv drier for return2 count job s.s. tech only; ordrng 1 WPW10466675 (compressor kit) and 1 WPW10143759 (uv drier) and 1 w10913906 (coupler)

"CX complaint is that the unit is not spinning correctly. I found that the washplate spins a full speed , but the basket is not spinning correctly with the plate. possible Hub concerns . I was able to remove the 7/16 bolt , but found the washplate seezed. I am ordering 1 wash plate (W10902814), 1 hub (W10528947), 1 Gearcase (W11454734), and 1 splutch (W10721967).
