Furhter inspection found that the rear panel is dented in, which has also dented in the air duct for the exhaust. Confirmed that the blower wheel has been dragging on the duct and moisture is escaping into the rear of the unit, interior of the rear panel was wet. Unit needs a new exhaust, blower wheel, duct, seals, and rear panel. Contacted Safety with findings. Given go ahead to proceed with repair under warranty. Error code did not return. Customer is having a problem with their standpipe being clogged, is draining the unit out the window, but the hose they had it attached to was running uphill, which the unit detected as an issue draining. Customer needs to have the standpipe drain clog resolved so that the unit can drain normally."

Customer complaint unit is not turning on. I tried to get into diagnostics and nothing. Control is gettgin 120. The flashing ligh is off the unit does not have the referance 5 vdc. Tested voltage to the UI and nothing which it make sense we dont have 5 vdc and the board is dead. TEsted drain pumps and i got 28 ohms on recirculating pump and 20 on drain pump. Also insructed cx if load is shifted to 1 side of basket, pause unit and redistribute load evenly. Unit runs as designed"

"CX complains unit is making excessive noise during spin cycle when washing bedding and towels in both bulky and towel settings. CX showed video to technician of unit being off balance during spin with full load in. Unit shows no errors, ran unit through diagnostic test mode, unit went through testing with no issues. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load to try to replicate cx issue, found unit making clicking noise during agitation, inspected unit slider and slider appeared to be failing. Was able to replace slider with pre I.d. part, continued cycle to test new slider. Unit now sounds better and is working as designed. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
