"cx complaint unit not dispensing water or producing ice. cx stated the first thing they did was change the filter and when that was unsuccesful they had tried another. with this in mind, first checked water pressure to unit. found subnstantial water pressure before and affter the inlt valve. then checked reservoir and found no ice impeding water flow. removed filter and immediate improvement in water pressure. cx had a new in package filter and asked that i test with it in place and did find that the new filter worked effectively. it would appear cx had two defective filters. collected only for service call."

"cx complaint is the unit not compacting correctly. cx said it works fine most of the time but sometimes will bind up, shake badly and make a lot of noise. i ran the unit several times. it worked everytime. removed top, rear and bottom covers. nothing out of place on drive motor. gears or chain assembly or with the powerscrews. ram assembly is sitting level and moves smoothly up and down. i called techline to document. they advised without being able to replicate the issue it will be impossible to figure out. said it could have been caused by items in the compactor. advised cx to record video if unit does it again. unit is currently working as designed."

Cx complaint is that the RF burner still has yellow tips and is blackening potsa dn pans. Upon arrival I verified the issue. i then attempted to adjust the burner and was unable to. I found that the burner flame will jump about 2-3 inches high when you turn the knob. I found that the valve is not regulating that burner correctly. I quoted the cx for the cost of the manifold. "CX complaint unit leaked from the door.Ran diag no errors. Inspected unit, found a big plstic utensil stuck between heatrr and lower spray arm. The spray was probably unable to spin, directing the water toward the door, causing a leak. Removed utensil and ran a test cycle. Found a large quqntity of suds inside the tub, and the unit leaked from the door. Seems like regular dish soap ended in the unit, but the cx doesn't remember. Rinsed all the suds, the unit stopped leaking and worked as designed. Collected $90 (2nd appliance)"
