CX complai t was that the unit will not heat in the oven. I was able to enter diag and found a F9 error code. I inspected teh outlet and the erm block and found the propper 240 V's . I removed the rear and found good continuity to the broil & bake elements as well as the thermal fuse. I found in a bake cycle 238V's to the bake element. I fou d no voltage to the broil element during a broil cycle. I quoted CX for the cost of repair to include a control board. CX informed me that he will replace the unit. I collected $120.00 for service charges.

"CX complaion t was that the unit was making a clicking soun d and that she smelt burnig / smoke. I throroughly inspected the units vinting by removing the vent housing to inspect blower wheel, the term block was found secure , I inspected the heating element and found no issues. I also was able to access and remove the drum and inspected the belt and motor. I was able to run the unit witout the dum in and with the drum in. I found no signs of concerns . Noise concerns were that the small debirs in the venting when the unit is started and the unit pulls air theough the venting. Unit is opperating as designed. I was able to call and explain my findings to WP Saftey team. Please see SR. UNit test good."

"I was able to access and replace the control and the encoder. I then started a recalibration cycle and found the unit to power off. I unplugged the unit and the plugged back in . I fou d the propper 120 V's at the control form L1 to N , L1 to ground. I attempted to enter diage and fou d that the unit would enter , but then power off. I inspected the harness at the control and under the unit. I found no issues with the harness. I was able to inspect the drain pump and found only 1.9 OHM's resistanse at the pump it self. I called WP tech Line to document , TL had me do a resistanse read to the drsin pump form the control. I found only 1.9 OHm's again. I am ordering 1 drain pump (W11399437) and per TL I am reordering 1 contrpl board (W11519742). Once the contract is apporved, set retur; ordrng 1 W11519742 (Control (RO)) and 1 W11399437 (drain pump)"
