"Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I found that the drum is spinning but it is not heating. I found that the unit is getting the proper incoming voltage 122/122/244. I then accessed the rear of the unit. I tested the TCO and element and found that the element is reading OL. i was able to replace the element with one from VS. Customer complaints in some circumstances during the spin cycle. The unit will bang around inside the cabinet after last visit I had found everything checked out and nothing needed to be replaced. Tested the unit multiple times and could not find any issues. Explain to customer about balancing the unit and Playing around with different load sizes to find the perfect load size. When I arrive today I had found the unit was pushed back and waterlines were on the back of unit and also a metal chair leaned up against the left side. Possible noise can be made from objects leaning against the unitcall Techline to document and let customer know if they were not satisfied with the unit they could call customer care to discuss further action. Found sensor that the erro code was for was because when the wire was reinstalled onto the board it was plugged into the wrong slot. Unit has a burnt cavity thermostat and techline also said the transformer is causing the light bulb to blow. collected for the new parts and re ordering the bulb. "cx complaint unti is no longer cooling in both sections. inspected unit and confirmed no longer cooling the lights are on evap fan is running compressor is running no frost pattern and no signs of leak on eavp no oil on the evap fittings. compressor is warm and seems ok so hooked guages up and found 26inch vac on low side and high side was 5 pressures equalized at 1, removed straiters to find really no freon in the system seemed like air filled unit with nitrogen to 140psi and after 10 min or so pressure dropped about 5 psi in about 10 more minutes while i was soapy watering all s.s. tubing to find no leaks. called techline spoke to tj told him whats going and we agreed leak is in cabinet and cant be fixed, left cx with file number;"
