CX complai t is that the nulain rail is still hot after last repair. I was able to take a surface temp of the rail and foun d it at 135 degrees. I was able to access teh compressor compartment and found that the compressor is extrmly hot to o the touch with a surface temp of 206. I called WP TL and explained my findings. I took a FC temp reading with a thermacoupling and found FC temps at 2 degrees when set at 0. WP tech line suggested to replace the compressor and drier filter. cx complaint the right rear burner was too high of a flame on its most reduced setting and they did not realize it until after a couple weeks of cookign with it. cx simply requested an adjustment of the flame. was able to lift unit and remove fascia and reduce flame with set screw at right rear valve. unit now checks good. all flame heights confrimed by cx.

"CX complai t is that the unitn is displaying a E6 error code. CX had junction box open on tech arrivel. I was able to conferm that the unit has the propper 240V's to opperate. I was able to contact WP Tech Line due to not being able to find info in any error codes. WP TL suggested that I order 1 Power Board (W11195737) and 1 Ui Control (W11195477). Parts are covered under 60 limited warranty . I collected $120.00 for labor charges. CX owes $120.00 for labor chaerges once repair is completed. Once parts are avalible, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11195737 (Induct MOD) and 1 W11195477 (UI Control)"

Customer complaint unit is still flipping the breaker. I foujnd the unit is flipping the GFI everytime. I disconnected the unit tested power and found 120. I took the back panel off and nothing everything was good. I did not see anything shorting. I put the unit back together and the unit is not shorting the GFI anymore. Something may have be grounding the unit in the back panel unit is back to normal operations.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying there is wet clothes at the end of the cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F0E4 - High Water Temperature. Cleared error code from the unit. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit is not agitating properly. Checked the Gearcase section. Gearcase oil is all over the Gearcase shield. Unit will need a new Gearcase = W11454372. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the Gearcase. Don't go without parts.

confirmed diagnosis prior to replacing parts. checked temps in FC and found between 16-17 degrees with thermal coulper. checked RC and found 40-41 degrees with thermal coupler. observed evap not fully flooding with frost pattern. attached guages and checked internal system pressures. found 15 inch vacuum on low side and 95 psi on high side. contacted techling to review findings. with rear cover off while on hold with techline pressures ascended to 8 inch vacuum on low side and 125psi on high side. checked amp reading and found .97-.99. unplugged unit asnd checked for pressure equalization. found pressures equalized to about 8psi on both sides. techline requested the system be filled with 140 psi of nitrogen and held for leak test.; ordrng 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 W11598434 (evap) and 1 W11574734 (compressor) and 1 nitrogen (Nitrogen)

"Cs unit stopped cooling, temps started getting warm then started cooling again . Confirmed complaint, Found temps in Fc 12 degrees , compressor hot to the touch and overload device is being tripped. Unit is pulling 972 watts 3.5amps right before overload trips. It did that twice back to back before it started running normally but veri noisy. Compressor is failing, ordering compressor parts covered. Customer owes $365.00 on return visit.
