CX cpomplai t is that the unit is not completing cycle after last visir. I found that the unit had F8E1 erro code stored in diag. I cleared the error code and ran a test cycle. I found that the the cold side was slow to allow water in. I turned off the water supply then accessed and replace the water inlet valve. I tested the supply lines in the utlity sink next to the unit while off . I found both hot & cold to allow water through with good pressure. I reatched the the supply lines and unit test good.

Cx complaint is that the unit will not start or run. Upon arrvial I found that the unit is getting the 240/120/120. I tehn removed the rear panel and checked the thermal fuse and found it to be reading OL. I also checked the tco and it is reading .5 Ohms. I then attempted to removed the harness from the operating thermostat and found that the thermostat has failed is separated from it's baseplate. I am ordering the thermal fuse and the operating thermostat. I was able to set the return visit for Friday 8/18 anytime.; ordrng 1 WP8318268 (Operating thermostat) and 1 WP3392519 (Thermal Fuse)

"cx complaint that unit is not cooling effeicntly in the unit and also stopped makin ice. i foudn today the iunit was cool but not as cold as deisgned and when checked evap the unit had full frost pattern tbut the evap fan motor wouldnt run.. i checked power at the harness and got 124vac and the blade would twitch, also found the old harness that hadnt been issue yet but alerted the cx about potential issues with defrosting. i qouted cx and they poaid 120.00 service via CC and calling bout auth for rest. if cx cals backs or gets approved will need W11650660 and also W11559968; saved tckt"

"cx complaint both sections have not been the right temps. inspected unit and found 50 degrees RC, 28 degrees FC. i pulled evap cover and found a small frost pattern. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Heating. I then checked voltage at the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 122.1 volts. L2 to N = 122.1 volts. L1 to L2 = 244.5 volts. I then checked the T.o.d. Thermostat. T.o.d. Thermostat is reading Open. Installed new T.o.d. Thermostat. Checked the Heater Element. I'm getting 9.7 Ohms. Started the unit on Time Dry. Unit is Heating. Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid in full by Card. ( Cx will need to have the Vents Cleaned. I advised the cx to not use the Dryer until the Vents are Cleared / Cleaned by a certified Vent Cleaner Service. Any questions please check Sd Pictures on the Tyc Card.)
