cx complaint ice maker in rc not working. checked unit to find temps at 39.4 rc and -2 fc. found test 36 ice box fan working correctly. test 56 showed e0 for no error codes. ice bin showed a couple batches of ice. ran test 57 to find ice maker completed harvest ran test 45 to find fill working properly. fc ice maker working properly. water flow from front is equal to 8 oz in 8 seconds. water flow good. unable to replicate issue at this time. unit is working as designed advised cx to call us back if unit not working. emptied ice bin and took picture of bin. advised cx if ice maker does not have full bin from not using it with in 3 days to take picture of how much ice and to call us back. cx agreed. unit working as designed

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Temperatures are not correct. I then checked the Freezer Temperature with meter I'm getting -0.2 . Freezer is set to -5 Degrees. ( Cx states they are losing vegetables and fruits in the Refrigerator Section. I advised the cx that all vegetables has to be in a Ziploc / Ziploc Containers. Cx has a vegetables in store containers / bags. ) Checked the Refrigerator Temperature. I'm getting 39.2 Degrees. Unit is set to 35 Degrees. Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline the Temperature are going to fluctuate. Because there is no air movement because how the Refrigerator / Freezer is packed. Some spots will have warmer temperatures then others. Sent all photos to Whirlpool. Whirlpool is stating that they will need to correct how the unit is packed. Also was told to not order any parts. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"Customer complaint is that the unit cut off mid cycle, lid is locked. Unit had drained, but the clothing is soaked. Inspection of the drain pump found no power getting to the pump. Pump tested at only 3.1 ohms. Expected between 17.8-21.8 ohms. Got the same reading at the control, harness is good. Pump is shorting out. Control is sending a constant 14VAc to the pump. Cycled power with the pump disconnected, but the unit still would not unlock. Diagnostic LED on the control is out. Unit needs a new drain pump and control. Unable to acquire model/ser # at this time, lid is locked. Will need to install new control and pump 1st to get the lid to unlock.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (drain pump) and 1 W11519742 (control)"

"CX complaint is that the unit is again not cooling. I found that the evap was frosted over. I steamed out the ice and found my evap fan motor to be running. I rtook a continuity reading of the defrost heater and found no continuity. I enter diag and found a F4E1 error code. I called WP tech line and discused my findings. WP TL informed me that the defrost heater is part of the evap coil. I am ordering 1 evap coil wioth defrost heater (W11629714). i am also orderign 1 drier filter (W11109499) and all corasponding couplers for LOKRING. I am ordeirng 1 2 tech / 3 call count due to the unit being built in and SS componats needing to be replaced. "cx complaint is the unit leaking water causing damage to the kitchen floors. cx said the fridge also stopped cooling a week or so after the leak. when i arrived floors were torn up, unit was pulled out and unplugged and water line was diconnected from valve under the sink. cx said a plumber cut the line off and removed the valve from under sink. told cx with unit not hooked up to water i cant diagnose the leak. she said that was fine, her concern is it not cooling. plugged unit in and found compressor pulling 11amps when it cycles on. compressor is locked up. ordering compressor. schedule with SS tech when part is available.; ordrng 1 W10139462 (compressor)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit is not working properly. Checked for stored error codes and found F7E6, F7E7, F5E1, and F9E1. Basket spins freely. Ran test cycle and the unit did not fill. Cycled power to the unit and retried diagnostics. When the unit got to the drain part of the cycle, the drain pump had a hard time priming, but once it did, the unit did drain. Unit needs a new drain pump. Agitate and spin cycle ran properly. Lid lock is working properly. Inspection of the drive system found the gearcase is leaking oil. Unit needs a new gearcase, splutch, and belt. Washplate is seized on the gearcase shaft, will need to be broken off. Unit needs a new washplate.; ordrng 1 W10876600 (drain pump) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10902814 (washplate)"

cx complaint rc and fz lights flickering and one led in rc is burnt out. inspected unit and verified complaint. jumped rc led and all lights stopped flickering. called office to make sure i have to charge service call and labor when replacing a part not covered by service pointer. was advised Scode will still cover service call and labor but not a part mentioned in service pointer. replaced fz led with updated triple point led so we wont have to come back for that. replaced rear icemaker led. tested unit. all lights working properly. quoted 38.19 for led not mentioned in service pointer. unable to charge cx from my laptop today for some reason. called office to charge cx. paid in full with c/c. unit is now working properly
