Also, using and elctronic air flow tester i found that the house venting is very restricted, allowing little to no air flow through house vent. Recommended to have venting cleaned out or replaced. "Customer complaint is that the unit has stopped cooling properly again. Inspection of the unit found the evaporator frozen over again. Defrost sensor is registering as open. Thermistor is registering -6 (28kohm) encased in frost. Thermistor plugged back in and rechecked. Thermistor is still registering as open. Defrost circuit is working, element is on in diagnostics. The harness that the thermistor connects to was replaced on the last visit as was the control. Contacted Whirlpool tech support with findings. Determined that it may be an issue with poor contact of the existing thermistor, otherwise will be a cabinet wiring problem. Thawing off the evaporator and replacing the thermistor. If the issue reoccurs, issue is in the cabinet wiring and cannot be fixed in the field."

"Customer complaint unit is not heating. I tested the unit and found the unit is not heating at all, no fans not convection fans not broiler.. I tested the unit and found the unit is getting 240 good voltage. Found F1E1 internal error. I found 14VDC to the UI. I tested other things tempw sensors and i got 1090 on one and 1108 on the other. Turned power on with sensors unplugged and fasn are turning on. After i replace all connectors and retested the unit the unit is not heating and fans are all turning on.
