"CX complaint is no cool. Inspected/tested and found amp draw of 0.65. Winding were .4.5, 4.5 & 8.8. Compressor. Pulled evap cover and saw zero signs of any leaks. No pitted mastic tape, no oil. Pulled tape and no oil at evap/cap tube connection. Pulled compressor and replaced. Installed UV drier. Pressurized system for 10mins with nitrogen and needle didnt budge. Vac'd down to 30 in and let sit for 10 mins, again vac didnt drop at all. Filled unit with 4.5oz of R134a. Final low side pressure was at zero. with 10mins over half of evap had frost pattern and was still going. Put back together. Informed CX 24-36 hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete"

cx complaint is the unit leaking and displaying an error code. when i arrived power was off. i found water in the drip tray. emptied tray and restored power. found no saved codes. ran service cycle. nothing leaked but unit did have suds in it at end of cycle. unit is sitting level. door gasket looks fine. ran a normal cycle with the outer door removed. still nothing leaked. cx is using 7th generation brand detergent. i put 1 pod in unit and let it run. detergent suds up a lot. advised cx to try an HE brand. ran a little vinegar through unit to get rid of suds. unit is working as designed. cx will call back if leak returns.
