cx says the unit cooled for a couple days then warmed back up. found the unit is at 62f in the refrigerator and 54f in the freezer when i arrived. found dye at the back of the unit. the compressor is pulling .5aac. the low side pressure is -15psi and high side pressure is 100psi with the compressor active. unplugged the unit and pressures equilized quickly to 30psi. added nitrogen to 140psi and checked for leaks with bubbles. no leaks found. called tech support and spoke with a chris. pressure dropping 4psi in 10 minutes. unit is under review.

Customer complaint unit is nslow making ice. I tested the unit and the ice maker is harvesting but is not going throuh the whole harvest i had to reset the unit to get the unit to complet the cycle. I tested power and i was not getting fiull power look loose connection i found loose connection at the ice maekr but still was not working good. and is not filling. I found the filter is clogged. Removed and the ice maker is filled. But ice maker still not working correctlty. Installed new ice maker. Tested unit is back to normal operations.

"CX complaint is no cool. Inspected/tested and found amp draw of 0.65. Winding were .4.5, 4.5 & 8.8. Compressor. Pulled evap cover and saw zero signs of any leaks. No pitted mastic tape, no oil. Pulled tape and no oil at evap/cap tube connection. Pulled compressor and replaced. Installed UV drier. Pressurized system for 10mins with nitrogen and needle didnt budge. Vac'd down to 30 in and let sit for 10 mins, again vac didnt drop at all. Filled unit with 4.5oz of R134a. Final low side pressure was at zero. with 10mins over half of evap had frost pattern and was still going. Put back together. Informed CX 24-36 hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete"

Customer complaint unit is making a loud noise. I tested the unit and the unit was vibrating a lot. I removed the fan cover and found one fo the fins in the fan blade was bent. I realigned it with the rest and the unit now is quite and even. Ran air fry to 425 and did not made a noise and heated up turning on the fan. Unit is back to normal operations.
