Cx complaint is that the unit flooded her laundry room and carpet in an adjoining room. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in and found no error codes. I then inspected the unit for any signs of a leak. I found no obvious signs. I then ran the diag cycle and inspected the unit after. Still no signs of any leak. I then ran a quick wash cycle completely thru and removed the rear cover to watch for leaks. I was still unable to find any signs of any leaking. I called TL and documented with them. Per TL the unit had an suds lock situation. I informed the the cx of WP recommendations. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete.

Connector to the Harness that plugs into the Element was burnt. Cut it off and put another connector on the unit. I then Checked the Temperature Sensor. I'm getting 1,087 K Ohms. I found when looking at bottom of RC evap I did not see frost. i unplugged unit and plugged unit in with gauges and found 8 in vacuum and 125psi on high side. called TL ran test 4 and found gauges equalized to 26psi on both sides. 04= 0 in vaccum, 125psi high side. 05= 9 in vacuum low, 130psi high side. TL had me add 1oz of R134A. pressures were 2 in vacuum low, 150psi high after. TL thinks unit has a small leak somewhere. I did not find and dye with light. unit is unrepairable"

cx complaint is the unit not making ice. when i arrived the only ice in the bin was from a bag of ice. cx said unit never made ice after last IM was installed. temp prob shows -6 in FC. i found the IM power button in the off position. turned it on and it found home position. the bail arm on the IM is bent toward the tray and when cycling the arm is hitting the tray not allowing it to drop down all the way. ialso founfd the ice bin is broken. it has a large crack on the bottom allowing ice to fall onto top shelf. replaced IM with preIDed part. bail arm does not contact tray on new IM. it cycles properly. ordering ice bin.; ordrng 1 WPW10558423 (ice-contnr)
