Ran test 12 and found unit to fill and drain but not spin. Ohmed out motor and found 12.8 Ohms across all windings . Contacted whirlpool and got auth. Replaced control and tested good. "CX complains unit will shut off after about 10 mins. Found unit to reach 180*F inside drum and would drop down to 85*F. 155*F exhaust temp to 125*F exhaust temps. Unit shows no error codes, tried to put unit into diagnostic test cycle, unit will begin cycle and shut off after 4 seconds. ran sensor test on unit and all sensors check good except moisture sensors, which did not change in value at all during testing. Due to unit not running diagnostic cycle and no having any errors replaced main control. same issue persists. Checked readings of moisture sensor at control, reads OL when nothing on sensor, and has reading when sensor is depressed.Called techline and spoke to joe who said to replace motor, moisture harness and strips at same time. Ordering parts for return.; ordrng 2 WP3387223 (moisture strip)s and 1 WPW10298258 (moisture harness)"

Customer complaint unit is not cooling in the RC. I tested the unit and found the unit is not cooling inj the RC and the damper door is closed. I ran test 121 and the damper is opening and closing. Called techline and we tested thermistor and we found is reading 2.8 ohms dispaying 74 degreees. only getting 8 vAC to the damper. I get 120 when running 121. Techline said control is bad. Repalced control and same thing the door is not opening. Called techline again and we check thermistor power and damper and eveyrhing is checking good. TL said it keeps going back to the board. Board is defective reordering control and customer wants to repalce ice maker. Removed new cotrol installed old control and send the one i got back. Ordering control and ice maker. collected in full ca; ordrng 1 W10889233 (icemaker 152.16) and 1 WPW10120827 (cntrl-elec)

cx complaint unit stopped cooling again. inspected unit and both section room temp mullion is broken and rear of the fridge evap cover is cracked from the oil. pulled fridge evap down to find cupling leaking. cut evap out and brazed new one in thne did drier vacumed system down and filled to find 3 way valve is not changing/clog. cap tube to evap line is short and could be possible i clogged it but dont think i did so gonna reorder that evap incase and ordering 3 way valve and marking other parts use on return. on return visit job will need to be a 4 count on return to flush the system and change parts i need the extra time maybe even 5 count; ordrng 1 W11553229 (evap assem) and 1 W11647768 (valve assem) and 1 W10545670 (valve body)

"Cs unit isnt cold enough confirmed complaint. I found temps in the rc are good at 37.5degrees but Fc 10 degrees . Pressures are questionable. -20 +95. Suspected a leak so i added 250psi of nitrogen. Unit held nitrogen for an hour and Iused my mega bubbles. No leaks detected anywhere. I unplugged unit to add nitrogen so i didnt get to see the frost pattern. Vaccumed unit down , held -29 vaccum for 10mins. I am thinking i might have under charged it on my previous visit. Added 50g r600. Pressures are better but I want to replace the thermostat because the button is a sloppy and it move in either direction just by moving the fridge around. Ordering temps control, advised customer to leave unit plugged in and monitor temps.; ordrng 1 W11577965 (control) and 1 11577966 (thermostat)"
