"Replaced fascia and unit powered on but did not switch MS number. Tried new control with old fascia, and new fascia with old control, tried both new and both old. Could not get MS to switch. Called WPTL and he reccomeneded i connect it to wifi and if i couldnt connect it to wifi, order a new fascia. Tried for 30mins to connect unit and i think the control and UI being different SAID numbers is affecting the connection but the old UI cannot be connected due to not powering on. Ordering new UI per WPTL and if it doesnt switch the MS over from control, call WPTL again. Called parts specalist. Cannot rescheudle at this time.; ordrng 1 w11419056 (fascia)"

Cx complaint is that the door is not staying closed when closed. Upon arrival I found the door closes properly and seals properly when closed slowly. When the door is shut rapidly it bounces and desn't always stay closed. I found that the unit is functioning and cannot be closed hard. Job complete

Customer complaint unit is not dispensing water or making ice. I found the unit is not making ice becasue is not filling with water. I found the filter is bad. AFter testing the ice maker i found the paddle is not working not water being dispensed. I tested paddle on diagnostics and the unit is working when i press the paddle. When I test for ice dispenser the ie door does not open. No voltage coming out of the UI. I can see the Main control is working on diagnostics but not on regular operations. THe unit could have a main board issue or a UI. The control is still made but the UI is not longr available. I told customer that we can start with the main bard but if that is fine then the unit is unrepairable . He said just put it back togeher ad he is going to use ice trays. collected 139.

cx complaint left front flames are very high. Inspected unit and found all four burners needed the fames adjusted. i was able to do that. I then found after adjustment that L/F burner flame was still super high when set on high. almost 4 inch flame on back side with yellow tip. I found orifice was correct and tight. I moved burner head and cap from back left and found same results. unit needs gas valve to correct issue. once part is in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11620515 (L/F gas valve)

"I was able to access unit and replace the compressor, condensor, filter/dryer, and RC evap as per previous visit. I was able to pull system into a 30in vacuum that held for 30 mins. i then charged system with 4.5oz of R134A. I found units new compressor sounded like it had a miss fire. compressor sounded bad. "CX complains unit is not heating, rotating nor lights coming on. CX is within manufacture warranty. Found unit terminal block to be recieving 0vAC to both L1 and L2. Was able to reset breaker, found L1 to have 5.3vAc and L2 to have 123.5vAC. when moving the loose outlet unit would recieve voltage and run, but if you let go of outlet it would stop. CX will need licensed electrician to repair outlet/wiring issue. advised cx to not use unit or outlet until electrician clears the outlet and wiring. Cx agrees. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed, Cx Declined Email Due To Renting."
