"cx complaint unit has not been cooling optimally for about a few weeks. took temp readings of both compartments upon arrival and found 44 degrees in rc and 27 degrees in the fc. immediately contacted techline. during inspected found no full frost pattern on rc evap, while unit was actively in the rc cooling state. also found on evap, uv reactive substance at the location where the heat exchanger meets the liner. sent several (nearly a dozen) photos to Techline to ultimately confirm that the UV reactive suibstance was in fact UV dye from inside the the SS as a result of the unit leaking from within the liner. as we continued to remove foam from the location seen in photos the presence of dye increased and thickened. due to the leak being within the liner unit is non-repairable"

cx complaint is unit still makes loud sounds when maybe unit goes into defrost but not as bad as it was after parts were installed. took temp readings of 10 in Freezer 38 in Fridge. checked over unit. left doors open a bit to warm unit and when freezer fan came on and hit high speed noise is coming from fan. took unit apart to find harness to fan to high and a wire was hitting blade. no damage to wire and now unit quiet. call back within 30 days so no money due. job complete.

cx complaint whole unit and display cuts off. arrived today and was not able to duplicate any issues. check rc and fc temps are good went into service diag and thermistor are also in range. went to back control made sure no connection were shorted out. and that was good. ohm out compressor and that was good as well. control is getting 120volts. i advised cx to monitor unit and record a video for further inspection next time. i also advised cx it sounds like a control issue but i wasnt able to duplicate any problems that shes having and being the age of the unit cx wanted the control replaced. repair complete.
