cx complaint issue returned panel went out so he said he turned breaker off went on vaca came back and tunred power back on and display now works but wanted us to check unit. inpsected unit and display is on. checked all connection and relay and looks good i did pich 2 connectors tighter. put unit back together and heated oven to 350 and let it cycle used burners while oven is heating and no issues. i then noticed control panel is getting really hot to where i cant touch it. the oven door is not closing all the way the hinges are warn. told cx would could try hinges but control could be on its last leg from the heat and control is no longer available. cx agreed its time for a new unit. collected for service fee

Customer complaint after the unit had problems starting. The light cycle light was flashing they did a bunch reseting and finally the unit started but now the cycle light is flashing. IS completing a cycle now but since it was having issues with UI the cycle light is flashing. Called techline and they could not tell me for certain if that was normal or something is wrong with the Ui flashing during cycle. TEchline said is probably working as designed. Since they had issues with the unit not starting and lgiht cycle light was flshing during the issue. Unit may need new UI. Ordering UI to see if that changes anything.; ordrng 1 W11677714 (UI)

"CX complaint: after getting new fridge, water stopped working and no iceInspected unit, confirmed CX complaint. pulled loosened copper line and confirmed water flow to fridge into the inlet valve, found lines empty going to dual valve, and found solenoids on top of dual valve loose and had play. both read between 245 and 255 ohms. replaced Dual valve with pre id and tested unit, unit still not dispensing water OR making ice. inspected Filter housing and found black gunk in intake lines. Also replaced filter housing with pre id and tested unit. UNIT still not working as intended. Checked Ohms for Inlet water valve, got 259 ohms. water is getting into the inlet valve and can hear the unit calling for water and energizing valve. Unit needs new inlet water valve.; ordrng 1 WPW10238100 (inlet water valve) and 1 WPW10238100 (inlet Water valve(VS))"

"cx says the unit cooled for 2 months and has startyed warming up. the compressor and evaporator have previously been replaced. refrigerator temp was 46f and freezer temp is 16f when i arrived. test 4 step 1 pressures equilize to 40psi in 45 seconds. step 4 low side pressure is 15psi to +20psi and high side pressure is 230psi and rising to +250psi. test 5 low side pressure is 5psi and high side pressure is 320psi. pressurized the unit to 140psi with nitrogen and found a leak with bubbles at the refrigerator evaporator. leak at the copper to copper connection so repaired the connection and vaccuummed the system down. filled to weight and checked for leaks. the unit is now cooling good. called tech support to document and spoke with a derrick. unit is good; ordrng 1 W11130208 (LED), used 1 W11130208 (LED) from stock"
