"CX complaint is that the unit is not completing a wash cycle. I found that the the unti had a stored F2E1 and F7E1. I found that the unit would not complete a test/auto test. Unit would not go into a gaitation. I was able to take a reisitance reading of the shifter at the J2 conncetion. I foud between J2-1 & J2-3 a OL.. I inspoected teh connection of the harness at the shifter and found a secure connection. I am ordering 1 shifter (WPW10006355), 1 run cap(W11395618) , and 1 motor (W10832724). i am ordeirng the run cap and rthe motor due to rusting on the motor windings. All parts are avalible and I have set a return date for 9/1; ordrng 1 WPW10006355 (shifter) and 1 W11395618 (run cap) and 1 W10832724 (motor)"

"Per the previouse tech, I was able to access and replace the interlock =. I then plugged unit back in and test , I found that the unit will run for 2-3 sec and then stop the cycle (orig. concern). I ensured the frame was not bent and the door is making solid connection with the interlocks. I tested voltage at the relay with the door closed from the black wire to ground and foun d the propper 120 V's from tyhe relay. I called WP Tech Line and discussed my finds. I ran through testing with TL . after testing secondary switches and elminating the high side at the relay, per Tech Line I am ordering 1 control board (W11342846), 1 upper interlock (W11182140) and 1 lower interlock (W11182141). once the parts are avalible ,please ahve someone form teh office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11182140 (upper interlock) and 1 W11182141 (lower interlock) and 1 W11342846 (control board)"

"CX complains unit is leaking from front left side. CX states this happened multiple times now over the course of 2 weeks. Unit shows no error codes, ran unit through diagnostic test, unit did not leak during testing. While asking cx questions about if they changed how they were doing their dishes or stacking dishes or detergent cx stated they found a piece loose inside the unit before it started leaking. CX showed the loose piece which was the vent on the inner door, found inner door vent was not attached to the duct and the insulation between inner and outer door was completly soaked. Was able to reattach the vent to duct and tested unit. Unit now makes good seal and no more moisture is building in the door. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"Customer complaint is that items are freezing in the fresh food compartment and the unit has stopped dispensing water. Found that the doors were not level and there was a large gap in the right door seal, causing condensation and frost. This is also causing the unit to run constantly, causing the freezing issue. Doors leveled and heat applied to the gasket to close the air gap. Dispenser tested and found that the reservoir was frozen. Reservoir thawed. Unit is now dispensing properly."

"Cx complaint RR burner not lighting properly.I was unable to replicate the issue, the burner worked ok to me every single time I tested it. The cx wants the burner replaced. The screws on the RR burners are stuck/rusted and must to be drilled. I was able to remove all the other screws, but they are rusted and should be replaced. Quoted repair $458.51 with $145 labor for RR burner 74007736, RR orif holder WP7527P00460, and 10 screws 3368921 replacement. Owner not present, office collected $120 by the phone. "cx complaint unit smells of gas under cabinets, and flames are very orange. I found with combustiable leak detector that leak was coming from flex supply line from house to unit. I was able to use gas tape and get line tight with no leaks found after repair. called Safety to document leak. I then found all 5 burners were showing more orange flame then it should. I found all 6 orifices to be dirty, i did attempt to clean and found no better results. I found the same with the burner heads and caps. flames are not even and not lightsing in some spots. unit needs 6 orifices, all 5 burner caps and burners to correct issue. once parts are in please reach out o cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 3 W10151347 (L/F, L/R, R/F orifice)s and 1 W10652711 (R/R orifice) and 1 W10672111 (center main) and 1 W10151362 (center simmer) and 3 WP8286814 (burner head)s and 1 WP8286813 (R/R burner head) and 1 W10811599 (canter burner head) and 1 W10833886 (cap kit)"

CX complaint was that the unit would power off after several min of opperation. I inspected power supply at the term block and foun d the propper 240 V's. I accessed and removed the rear panel and foun d a secure connection to all fused and heating element. I ran the unit for a 20 timed dry cycle and foun d the unit tobe opperaitn with out issues. CX will call back if problem reoccures.
