Customer complaint unit is still freezing in the refrigerator. Tested temp on the RC and is reading 31 set to 38 degrees and freezer is reading 3 degrees set to 0. I ran test 3 and damper is opening and when it closes there still air leaking. I applied sealant around the damper gasket and around the damper. I tested and now the damper is not leaking. I then check the gaket under the ice bin and it was loose. Was coming off on one side. Then the customer showed me the gasket and the ripping at the top. and when door is close there is a gap on the seal letting warm air go in. Quoted customer for gasket replacement. "Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud squeeling noise when spinning. Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then ran a manual spin and found that the unit is not making the noise. Cx showed me a video of the issue. I then tipped the unit back and found that the screw was not secures on the rotor. I also found that the rotor has oil leaking out onto it from the gearcase. I am ordering the gearcase, slider and wash plate. "cx complaint unit makes loud vibrating noise when convection fan runs. cx said noise usually happens on regular bake and keeps going after it finishes preheating. ran convection bake until it preheated to 300 and didnt hear any noise. switched to regular bake and it started making noise. seems fan runs at low speed in convect bake and high speed in regular bake. fan kept cycling after it finished preheating, i would order control for it still running after preheating but theres no tech sheet posted for this exact model and control is on backorder and dont want to wait on it if thats normal now. ordering convection fan motor. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11235883 (convection motor)"
