cx compalint unit gave a error code. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f21 so ran service cycle and unit went through fine but had alot of soap bubbles inside and had a slight squeek. removed front lower panel and found shock loose causing the noise. fixed shock then checked drain pump filter and is clear. ran unit again and im still have soap suds inside unit and may have caused the f21 error code. i ran service cycle again and have no noise now after adjusting the shock. started a quick waash cycle and told cx to let this cycle finish to try and flush the soap out. unit is good to go

Inspected the unit . Found that the cx is saying that the Door is swinging open past a certain point. I explained to the cx this is how the unit is designed. There are no defects or damaged parts that can be replaced.( cx floors are warped . But this isn't causing the issue what the cx wants to be fixed. ) Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline there is nothing we can do. The cx will need to hold on to the Door and the cx feels they shouldn't. This is a use and Care call. I advised the cx that they only get one of these calls. If the cx calls back we will need to collect the Service Call before we return. ( any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"cx complaint unit is 3 weeks old and when dispensing crushed ice ice will form unther the ice bin said 1 time unit woiuld dispense at all ice was stuck together. i inspected unit and temps seem good then dispensed some crushed and cubed ice and some ice is forming under the bin from the ice being dispensed, replaced the ice bin and still having the same issue. called techline to document issue that this is normal and cx now understands he has to remove ice bin and clean ice shavings up evey 2 weeks or so if it get bad. unit is good to go"

CX complai t is that the unit will not start a wash cycle. I was able to enter diag and found a F2E3 error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto test and a recalibration. I found after the auto test completed. The unit started a normal wash cycle with out being prompted to. I was not able to stop the cycle by controls. No responce formt he start/pause button or the power button. I unplugged the unit and after 5 sec plugged it back in. I found in diag a F2E3 erro again.
