F5E2 door lock. Customer complaint unit is leaking the whole laundry floor was wet and is shaking too much . I ran diagnostics. Found a door lock error but the unit is loking and unloking. I ran a quick was and completed not leaks. I ran a quick wash no leak. Ran normal wash no leaks ran quick wash with towells no leak. I cant get the unit to leak. "cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles and the door being difficult to latch. checked for codes and found 06 locked rotor, 23 door failed to unlock, 17 door not opened between cycles, 10 low RPM unblanced. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit ran the cycle and displayed PA but i dont believe the drum turned and door would not unlock at end of cycle. cycled power to unit. had to start another service cycle and wait to it to unlock to open door. called techline, they had me ohm out door latch from board. and check that the board is sending voltage to the motor control. board is working. advised ordering latch and motor control. ordering drive motor as well. schedule when apporvled and when parts are available.; ordrng 1 WP22003593 (latch) and 1 WP22004046 (cntrl-elec) and 1 WP22003856 (drive motor)"
