"cx complaint is when a bake cycle is started in the upper oven not heating and displaying 500 degrees. confirmed complaint. pressed upper oven, unit displayed 350. i pressed start and temp jumped to 500 and unit did not heat at all. i cancelled cycle and started it again, unit worked properly. i called techline, they had me check temp sensor from the P23 connector on board. temp sensor is a little high but would not cause unit to jump to 500 and not even run cooling fan. techline said issue is with control board. control board is no longer available. explained to cx unit can not be fixed and gave them sr#."

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled as needed repalced all parts needed to resolve the issue. unit is running as designed. cx asked about moisture forming on the gasket on the top of the freezer. checked the unit and found that there is a slgith build up of moisture on the gasekt. set the vertical mullion to heat all the time instead of being set on the sensor option. other than that the unit is running as designed. no leaks present at this time. advised the cx to monitor the unit. cx asked me how to put the water line on the firdge without it keaking. showed him what i would do to resolve the issue.

CX complai t is that the unit will not start a wash cycle. I was able to enter diag and found a F2E3 error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto test and a recalibration. I found after the auto test completed. The unit started a normal wash cycle with out being prompted to. I was not able to stop the cycle by controls. No responce formt he start/pause button or the power button. I unplugged the unit and after 5 sec plugged it back in. I found in diag a F2E3 erro again. I am ordering 1 control board (W11556725) and 1 encoder board (W11481116). I have set a return date for 9/1/23; ordrng 1 W11481116 (encoder) and 1 W11556725 (control board)

Exposed evap fan and verifed it getting 12.7VDC but not coming on. This was causing the RC evap to freeze up and cause poor cooling.
