"CX complains unit is building up moisture inside RC. CX is within manufacture warranty according to POP. Found unit FC is reading 20*F and RC is reading 47*F. All door seals appear to be intact and making good seal. Found unit drain tube to be blocked not allowing drainage from defrost. this would cause water to flow into RC from FC through air ducts. Was able to steam ice away and free blockage, also used sturdy stinger to ensure no further blockages were present. Unit now drains as designed, no further work needed. Was able to remove most moisture from FC and RC. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

I found that the unit would not start ether cycle but instead , kick you back out to diag selections. I took a reisitance reading of the lid lock and fopund it to be O.L. . I accessed and replace the lid lock (W11394572) from van stock and unit test good.; used 1 W11394572 (LATCH) from stock"
