Was able to hold cancel button to get pump to stop. Put unit into diagnostic mode and unit showed f3e1-pressure fault. Cleared code and ran unit through test and unit went through test with no issues. Ran unit through calibration cycle and then retest unit showed no errors. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load, unit finished cycle with no issues. Rechecked error codes and unit is showing no errors. Unit is now working as designed, no further work needed, CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"Cx complaint unit makes noise and now not starting cycle just clicks. Was able to access unit and plugged in to find 120.2VAC incoming into board and board senidng constant voltage to lid lock. Unable to get ui to power on. Spun unit by hand and could hear internals of gearcase. Wash plate seperated from basket no issue. Tipped unit back and found leaking oil. Will need ui, control, lidlock, clutch, belt, shifter, gearcase and a 2 call count. Cx complaint is that the unit is not cleaning clothes and is letting residue on them. Upon arrival I found that the cx is using powdered detergent and a full scopp per load. I informed the cx that is too much detergent. I also entered diag and found no error codes and the unit completed the diag cycles. I informed the cx of proper loading procedures and detergent usage. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

I entered diag and found no error codes. I then ran a drain and spin cycle on high speed and found that the unit is spinning out normally. I then entered the whites cycle and found that the steam setting was on. I shut off the steam setting and found it also on the normal cylce as well. I found that the unit is functioning as intended. Replaced the control board and got the 3way valve to activate. Hooked up my gauges and noticed the low side in a vaccum which indicates a leak. Filled unit with 200psi of nitrogen and used my uv light to check for dye and bubbles. Found dye on the evap suction line. In the cabinets see pics. Also found the braze joint has failed so i rebrazed and sealed it but unit still not holding nitrogen or a vaccum. Pretty large leak in the cabinet. Advised customer I cant repair this unit. She will call her warranty company.

Ran diag unit had no errors tested and found shifter making noise as it goes to shift from agitate to spin like its getting stuck pulled unit and removed clutch to inspect clutch is good ohm out shifter and its testing a littled out of spec under 2k ohm 1780ohm replaced and tested unit is now working properly no noise.

"i first took temps and found 11 degrees FC, 36 degrees RC. i removed FC evap cover and found a full frost pattern. I found FC fan was not on the whole time i was disassembling. I found once I placed cover back on that the fan came on. I found in test 56 the fan does come on and off. 5.92kohms FC, 7.19kohms RC. p8-3/4 8.47kohms, p8 3/4 8.81khoms. called TL, recommends replacing control/ user interface. I also found right side FC slider isnt closing door completely. called office and scheduled cx for 9/12/23.; ordrng 1 W11330486 (user interface/ main control.) and 1 W10795846 (right door bracket)"

"CX complains unit water filter will not stay in housing. CX is without warranty, found unit filter housing had failed and will need replaced. CX had filter housing sent from whirlpool directly. Informed cx that we would not warranty part because it did not come from our supplier cx knows the risks. Was able to turn off water supply and replace housing with cx part. When turning water supply back on valve did begin leaking a little due to corrosion, showed this to cx so they were aware they may need a plumber in the near future if valve begins leaking again. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX paid in full with card, cx email confirmed."
