Was able to access unit with JL assistance and found unit to not be recieving 240v ac. Was able to reset the breaker and restore voltage found unit TCO and element had failed and will need replaced. Was able to replace with pre i.d parts. Retested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed.

I found it was in a drain cycle from CX trying to switch from a wash cycle to a soak cycle in middle of cycle and she tried to stop it from draining. After drain cycle completed i tested unit. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load, unit went off balance and started walking so tech turned unit off. Custoemr complaint unit displays error code the unit was treated and did not see any biugs. Installed new control and tested found Left rear valve jammed. Ordering vavles left rear and center valve. cx complaint is both ice makers makes very slow ice and when getting water unit makes a loud noise. took temp readings first of 2 in freezer 37 fridge 11 through ice maker. tested and checked unit. noise is tripple valve. both ice bins have ice but only a few cycles. upper ice maker has frozen water coming out of ice door and cubes in bin are large and high spots. replaced valved. test 56 shows E5.will order parts needed.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice Maker Fridge) and 1 W11578780 (Ice Maker Freezer)
