Customer complaint unit is the door is not staying down and keeps coming up and the dispenser is leaking soap. I found the unit is openning the dispenser and is completing a test cycle. I asked the customer to fill the dispenser and she puit detergent on the soap compartm4ent and also on pre wash. I explained to the customer the difference between the soap and prewash and why it would leak if the detergent is loaded on the prewash section. she understand and will only put detergent on the compartment. Friction sleeves failed and are ripping. Replce sleeves and tested. Unit is back to normal operations.
