Customer complaint unit is noisy when it runs. Ran test cycle no error codes. The unit ran fine and completed cycle. She showed me a video of the noise and it sounded like water splashing around. I could not hear a noise other thatn normal sounds. We put some plates and when the motor turned on and the water started splashing I asked her if that is the noise and she said yes. And i told her that is normal the unitt is spraying water the water hitting the body is the noise. Unit is working as desinged. She stated that they told her it was goin to quite and that she will need to put her ear to hear it. IDK what they telling people to sell this unit at the store but the unit will still make noises when the unit is working.

"CX complaint: unit stops making ice and UI gets hot when this happens. So far i have not been successful in having this happen while on site. Previously sat through 2 batches and no problem. From where the heat is felt, its only the transformer and UI in that location. Transformer supplies cutting grid and thermistors from wire diagram. Unit fails after making batches but unknown how many batches in that this happens. There have been no clue to indicate UI may be having problem. Replacing main control did correct not being able to get into diag. Unit may have been affected by a lightning strike that hit a tree behind the house. Ordering transformer. CX paid for part. Customer complaint unit is the door is not staying down and keeps coming up and the dispenser is leaking soap. I found the unit is openning the dispenser and is completing a test cycle. I asked the customer to fill the dispenser and she puit detergent on the soap compartm4ent and also on pre wash. I explained to the customer the difference between the soap and prewash and why it would leak if the detergent is loaded on the prewash section. she understand and will only put detergent on the compartment. Friction sleeves failed and are ripping. Replce sleeves and tested. Unit is back to normal operations.

"cx complaint unit giving f8e4 error. inspected unit and verified complaint. f9e2 and f8e4 stored. cx said issue started because his daughter thought it would be ok to use regular dish soap inside unit, then unit leaked and has been flashing f8e4 ever since. advised cx dish soap will cause oversudsing and the suds will leak out of unit and get in drip tray causing errors. emptied drip tray. ran test cycle with capful of vegetable oil to get rid of suds. ran another test cycle, no leaks at this time. unit is now working properly. if cx calls back preid vent(W11649995) and console(W11660284)"
