F5E4 Lid not open between cycles. Customer complaint unti would not start. only the done light would be on and when they tried to start it again the unit would not start and the only way they can get it to work is unplugging the unit. I found the unit has F5E4 lock error for not openning the door between cycles but the customer is having issues startin the cycle. I ran test and the unit completed the test cycle. Cusotmer stated that sometimes it works fine and then sometimes theyh have to unplugged it to get started. Maybe the latch in not detecting the door closed. Ordering latch and control.
