"i was near house called cx went to house asked if i could come finish shes home. i vacumed system down and filled unit with freon we ave good pressure and the presure equalize we dont have a clog so called techline spoke to brandon told him whats going on he said it sounds like clog is clear and to fill unit with nitrogen and wait 20 minutes to see if pressure dropped and if dont drop to refill with freon and to see what happens. i did that and pressues did not drop. so i decided to isolate system i seperated all lines had a traine here and cap tube did not loose pressure, suction line did not loose pressure,hotside through cabinet did not looose pressure so put back together installed another uv drier and vacumed unit down and filled to 5 oz and infomred cx to keep an eye on"

Pressure tested at 120.00 psi and checked entire compressor area and RC evap with bubbles. Found no leaks. Left 120psi on sytem for over 20 mins and pressure did not drop. Vacumed down and refilled with 4.50oz of 134A. Informed cx to give unit 24-48hrs to cool properly and reccomended putting drinks in the unit to give it something to cool. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

I found either the spin basket or gearcase shaft is warpped. "CX complai t is that the unit is making a loud noise. I found that the noise concern CX is hearing is the opperation of the the compressor and the condensor fan motor . I found temps in the RC to be at 36 when set to 38 and the FC to be at 0 when set to 0. I found that the unit isin a extreamly tight cab. I found the unit has the preopper space for air flow at the top of the unit , but none around the sides( please see SDQP's). Unit is opperating as designed. Unit is with in the forst 30 days of ownership."

"Cx states unit is leaking. entered diagnostic mode, found saved f8e4 and fae2, cleared errors. Ran service test cycle, found water spilling from washer inlet, drain hose was not connected, was installed into the back of the motor. Canceled test and reinstalled drain hose, restarted service test, test completed with no errors. Unit is now working properly. Cx had kitchen remodeled, cutout for washer needs to be widened to install washer fully."

Customer complaint unit is still doing the same. I tested unit and found the unit is leaving water in the dipsenser. I called techline and they said to repalce the water valve and the drawer. After intalling all the parts she said something about a scratch in the dryer then she asked me if i did it. I asked her for a towel so i can catch the water and to use it as a mat for my tools i did not drop anything and non of my tools touch the dryer. The washer is filling and is not leaving water in the dispenser.

"Cx complaint is that the unit is still not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit has been plugged in for over a week and is not cooling. I found that the fan is not functioning and the lights are off as well. I unplugged the unit for a few minutes and repowered it. The lights and fan came on again. I found that the compressor is not running. I found that it is getting 120 volts. I then removed the start device and tested the compressor. I found that it has 8.8Ohms, 9.0Ohms and OL. I found that the last reading is fluctuating. I called TL and documented My findings with them. Per TL I am ordering the compressor drier and start deviceand evap. I also spoke with FG. "cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles. cx said it just stops in the middle of a cycle and does nothing else. checked for codes and found F51 motor RPS failure. ran service cycle. unit began filling but basket did not turn, F51 reappeared. basket spins by hand freely but washplate does not turn with it. washplate is very hard to turn by hand. inspected under unit. removed rotor and found it is damaged. the plastic around the bolt is broken causing it to bind. i reinstalled it so its lined up as best i could. ran service cycle again and this time it agitated properly. ran high speed spin. unit spun and lid latch worked. ordering new rotor for return visit. scheudle when approved.; ordrng 1 280146 (rotor)"
