"CX complains unit is not making ice again, cx states this has been going on for about 3 or 4 weeks now. CX has agreed to the service call fee. Found icemaker does not have rotation when pressing the test button, when resetting power to icemaker unit found home postion and when the test button was pressed again unit did harvest and fill per normal. Called techline and spoke to Andrew who said to check voltage to IM and ensure IM is recieving correct voltages. Unit IM is recieving correct voltage, techline reccomends replacing IM again. Was able to replace IM with VS part, cx does not owe for IM part but owes for service fee and labor. CX paid in full with card. Icemaker now working as designed, no further work needed."

I was able to lower the feet to help raise the unit offof the pan. Advised CX to lighten loads if possible and to replace the drain pan due to rotor melting holesin pan. UNit test good.
