rpelaced the control and ui together then programmed control to oven and tested bake and starts eating good then gives error code f8e0 for cooling fan. i tested unit again and gave error again fan is running when it gives error. i then pulled unit out and unplugged oven and looked over cooling fan to find the red wire to fan is broken snapped pics. fixed wire put unit back together and tested bake at 325 and reached temps then i let oven cycle for 20 minutes and no errors returned and oven is working good. unit is good to go

Inspected the unit and in step 59, turned the motor on to eject any ice and went to fill in step 45, when filling the cx says that was not the noise. Cx wife says the noise is all day every day 24/7. I explained that when the unit goes into a defrost, ice/water will hit the heater causing the sizzling noise and that water can and may be heard going into the pan. I also stated that the unit isn't doing it currently so we know its not 'all day every day'. Cx complaint is that the unit is not turning on. Upon arrival I found that the incoming voltage is not correct. I found that L1-L2 is 90vL1-N is 38v L2-N is 122. I informed the cx that the unit is not getting the needed voltage to operate. Cx will need an electrician to inspect the outlet and incoming wiring. Job complete

"CX complaint was that the uit would not power on. I foiud that the outlet has the propper 120V's to opperate. I was able to remove the contrpl panel and found that the line fuse had no continuity. I was able to replace the fuse and unit powered on. I tested by wetting a paper towel and tested for 30 sec. I found the unit tobe heating/opperating as designed. I collected $189.93 for service , part, shipping, taxes, and labor charges via credit card. Unit test good."

"CX complaint is oven lights. Inspected/tested and found when door closed on top oven the lights stay dim and dont turn off. "Cx stated that they were cooking a pot of potatoes on the center burner and they heard a poof and saw the flames were out and they shut the knob off and smoke started coming from the knobs. Cx had called gas company and fire company and unit was red tagged and unplugged and disconnected. Was able to access unit and removed cooktop to find that the front insulation had melted to the cooktop. All wires checked fine. Used soapy bubbles and checked all tubes, connections and inlets and outlets and no bubbles or signs of leaks.. Replaced the cooktop and tested all burners unable to replicate any issues. Unplugged unit and shut gas back off. Cx doesnt feel safe having unit in the home. Contacted safety. cx is to reach out for resolution"

"cx complaint unit keeps not completing cycle and gives a LF. inspected unit and found unit at the time was in a cycle and was showing the LF. i canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1, f0e2, f9e1. i ran test 12 and found unit did finish with out issue. i ran each valve manully and found they were good. I removed hoses from unit and found good incoming water pressure. i then ran a quick wash found suds when unit was in a rinse cycle. called TL, TL recommended running a clean cycle with affresh and only running 2 table spoons of detergent. unit checks good."

"CX compalint is that the unit is diplaing a FAE4 error code. I also found FAE2 and F8E4 in diag. I inspected the float pan and found water in pan. I edjucated CX on the effects of using Dawn dish soap in the unit. I attempted to run 2 auot test and a normal cycle and unit would dispaly a FAE4 error on all test and normal cycles. I am ordering 1 Sump & motor (W11680075). Please note that this is a new part number that was located on Parts Portal with assistance from MR. Once the part is avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Returning tech should reinterate with CX the effects of using Dawn and the use of clean cycles with white vinage to help remove suds.; ordrng 1 W11680075 (Sump & motor (new part found on Parts portal ).)"

"CX complai t is that the unit has lowe water pressure. I found that the CX has just changed the filter. I attmepted to dispence water and found a low stream. I removed the filter and found that the pressure is still low. I found tha the dual valve is making a grinding sound as it opperates. I also found a small leak at the inlet vlave. I am ordeirng 1 inlet valve (W10865826) AND 1 DUAL VALVE(WPW10341329).
