"Cx complaint is unit not powering on. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the breaker to be tripped on arrival. Reset breaker and started testing. Found all cooktop elements to be working. When testing the oven, as soon as it switched to broil, the breaker tripped. Verified element is not shorted to ground and reset breaker. Found the unit only drawing 15amps when the breaker is tripped. Reccomended cx have an electrician replace the breaker to resolve issue. Job is complete."

I found that the rotor screw was completly out id the rotor/gearcase. I also found that the unit is leaking oil form the gearcase. I was able to remove the washplate but found the spaner nut seized. I am orderign 1 gearcase (W11449841), 1 washplate (W10902814), 1 spanner nut (W11551646), and will use slider/ clutch on return visit. I spoke to parts ordering to secure a 2 call count due to seized spanner. "Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning clothes out. Upon arrival I found an F2E1, F0E2, F8E1. I entered diag and found that the water is flowing sufficiently. I then ran the drain cycle and found that the drain pump is activating but is not moving water rapidly. The pump is making a high pitch noise after runnning for a short period. i am ordering the Drain pump. I called the office and was able to schedule the return visit for Tuesday 9/19 8am to 10 timeframe.; ordrng 1 W10919003 (Drain Pump)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not dispensing water. Upon arrival I found that the unit is making ice but the water is not dispensing. I pressed the paddle and found that the valve is not activating. I removed the cover and checked that the mometary switch is functioning. I also checked the vlotage and found that the voltage to the switch is only 41v. I found that the grey wire was pinched severly. "cx complaint unit leaking and one of the crisper drawers is broken. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx doesnt want to address crisper drawer at this time any more. for leak found drain clogged. took drain tube off, nothing clogging it. steamed out drain and got water draining slowly. tried to run 1/4' waterline thru drain from both ends but it wont go thru. drain is collapsed. more than likely from rc evap leak, mastic tape melted and cx said he noticed ice cream has been getting soft. called techline. TL deemed unit unrepairable. left cx with SR# and advised to call cx service to see if they can offer any resolution. cx paid 120 service call with c/c"

Cx complaint is the unit is not draining. Upon arrival I found that there was water in the unit and it has an F9E1 and an F3E2. I manually started the drain and the unit began draining immediately and was able to drain completely. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was functioning as intended. I found that the F3E2 error cade reappeared. I inspected the sensor. I am ordering the OWI and control and the unit is within the range for SP. I am also ordering the element.
