CX complaint was that the flames on the burners were orange instead of blue. I found that each burner came on with out issues. I foun d all flames o be blue. CX informed me that he has a cleaning service clean the stove weekly with cemicals. I advised to stop using cemicals on the burnerheads and to use warm/hot tap water a old toothbursh and bakingsoda to clean the burners them selves. I quoted CX for the cost of 2 new burners RF & LF at his request. I colelcted $120.00 for service charges. Unit is opperating as designed.

"tenant complaint unit wouldnt turn off when baking at 450 and display was showing 640. maintenance tech doesnt exactly believe her(senior home). unit unplugged upon arrival. plugged unit in, no errors stored. temp sensor is reading 1090ohms at room temp, should be good. preheated unit to 450 and it completed within 15min and stayed at 450, didnt climb any higher and was cycling elements on and off properly. cycle cancelled properly. no issue found at this time. ordering control and console since tenant said cancel wasnt responding and it could possibly be a safety issue. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts. unit may get moved to vacant condo; ordrng 1 W11542193 (console white) and 1 W11594271 (control)"
