"CX complaint is no cool. As soon as I pulled off back cover there was a strong odor of oil and regrigerant. Upon further inspection I found the entire bottom under and around compressor covered with oil. Tried to verify source of leak but could find nothing other than under compressor.. Replaced compressor, installed UV drier and process stub. Pressure tested unit with nitrogen and then vac'd down to 30in. FIlled the 48g of R600a. Final low side pressure was at 12 in vac. 24-36 hrs to get to temps. House is unfurnished and not occupied. Job is complete. If anyone is called back on this unit please contact me only."

rpelaced the control and ui together then programmed control to oven and tested bake and starts eating good then gives error code f8e0 for cooling fan. i tested unit again and gave error again fan is running when it gives error. i then pulled unit out and unplugged oven and looked over cooling fan to find the red wire to fan is broken snapped pics. fixed wire put unit back together and tested bake at 325 and reached temps then i let oven cycle for 20 minutes and no errors returned and oven is working good. unit is good to go

Customer complaint unti is not heating up to temp. I tested the unit and found the unit is not heating correclty. I looked in the oven and found the floor of the oven was rapped in alluminium. I adviced customer not to have aluminium there because it would keep heat from reaching the sensor. I removed it and test it. Unit is now heating up and is pre heating. Unit understan not to block the floor from now unit is back to normal operations.

"cx not present immediately upon arrival. contacted via vonage app. cx stated unit will stop cycle about mid way, and then engage the 'control lock' function at the keypad. cx is concerned that it is 'soot damage' due to propane fire in home. cx requested i 'remove the front panel to visually inspect the motherbnoard'. removed front panel and inspected control and checked ui for saved error codes. found no visible electrical or 'soot' damage inisde of unit. saved errors f6e4, f6e1, f9e4. in diag unit filled, pumped in both diverter positions, and drained with no issues. would not recommend and parts to be replaced at this time. collected only for service call."
