Ran Service Test 4 - Compressor / Condenser / Fan Motor Test. 3 Way Valve is clicking as should no abnormal noises. I then ran Service Test 5 - Compressor Speed Test. Heavy vibration noise started. Put my hand on the compressor noise stopped. Condenser discharge pipe is vibrating. Zip Tied the piping. Noise stopped completely. Unit is working as Designed.
