I am ordering 1 drum (W10545923). Drum is covered under 10 limited warranty. I have informe CX that the drum will direct ship to home due to size. CX will insepect new drum and call office once it arrives . I collected $140.81 fro service , part, shipping, and taxes. Upon arrival I found that the noise is being caused by the condensor vibrating against the bottom of the unit. i was able to apply sound dampening meterial to key places to minimize the noise. cx complaint left bottom gasket isnt sealing. also complain RC door come open on its own. inspected unit and found left bottom gasket is not sealing. I found door gasket is part of the inner lining of door. I then found unit is leaning forward and has no more adjustment on the front feet. advised cx to place wood under front rollers to correct that issue or lessen the weight on the RC door inside. unit needs RC door to correct issue. advised cx door ships to them and can take 8-10weeks to arrive. once in cx will call to set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11023679 (RC door)

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a grinding/vibrating noise when running. Upon arrival I was able to verify the noise. I found that the noise was coming from the LH side. I was able to remove the top and front panel and found that the plate on the LH side of the bulkhead was resting on the blower housing. i was able to reposition the plate. I then tested the unit and it is no longer making any noises. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete.

Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes in one cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit is heating. I also found that the duct is going under the floor and exits the house to the rear. I inspected the exit point and found that the flap is stuck with only a small gap letting air past. I was able to open it up more and found that the air flow is now better and warm. I informed the cx that the duct will need cleaned and the flap will need replaced or repaired. Job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the vegetables / Fruits are freezing in the Refrigerator Section. I then checked how the unit is loaded. ( cx has fruits and vegetables in store bags. I advised the cx to put these items in Ziploc bags and ziplock containers to stop items from freezing. Cx also said after having Mac Ice the Ice Maker stopped for a few day of cooling. I advised the cx that the Freezer will go to -11 degrees for 24 hours and this is too cold and would freeze the water in the water line. After 48 hours the Ice Maker started to make ice again. Ice Maker is working. ) cx also has no room for air flow on the left side for the condenser. I advised the cx that this unit needs room for the unit to breathe. As of now unit is cooling. Unit is working as Designed.

I then removed wash plate and found 7-8 coins between it. removed and found noise still while in a high speed spin.
