CX complaint is fridge not cooling. Took temps upon arrival and FC was at 0.6deg and RC was at 36.8deg. CX has unit completely empty and is basing her temps off air temps and not food temps. Ive never seen temps out of range on this unit. Evap fan and bimetal working properly.Spoke to ED at WPTL. Went over my findings with him and he stated that this unit is working as designed and to pass on the SR# to the CX. There was no need for harness so it is being returned. Job is complete
