Cx still had me check the unit out.) Checked the connection at the Door Hinges upper left corner. Connections are fully in. I then checked all connections at the User Interface. All connections are fully in. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test - 16 Left Door Switch. Is going from 01 to 02 when pushed. Ran Service Test 17 - Right Door Switch is going from 01 to 02 when being push in. I then checked the Freezer Door Switch. Light is going out. ( cx chipped the Right Refrigerator Door Switch trying to change it. ) installed new Door Switch. Cx paid in full by card. If the cx calls back we will need to replace the Main Control = W11224256 & User Interface = W11387387. ***Don't go without parts****

"Confirmed cx complaint temps elevated in freezer compartment, ice cream soft, ice a little wet. Cx states unit has been like this since he got it. Checked unit fan and thermistors, all operating properly. Dropped freezer temps and changed unit from adaptive defrost to 8 hour timer. Based on unit operation it is possible that the unit was given a slightly lower charge of coolant than is required. Cx to observe unit, if temps are not improved he'll call back in on monday. If cx calls back must return with data logger to document freezer temps.;"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't making Ice. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Checked the Temperature by running Service Diagnostics Test 1 - Rc Thermistor is reading 37 Degrees. Ran Service Test 2 - Fc Thermistor Test is reading 32 degrees. Checked Thermistor at the P8 Connects pins 3 &4 = 8.7 K ohms. Checked pressures to the unit. I'm getting 125 Psi on the high side and 0 on the low side. Checked equalize Pressures. I'm getting 50 on the low side and 45 Psi on the high side. Checked wattage to the unit. I'm getting 157 Wats. Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline this product is under review.

"cx complaint unit got to about 13 mintues remaining in the cycle and stopped and ended the cycle, while displaying error code 'CL'. this continued during multiple cycles. checked diag and found no saved error codes. ran auto test 12. unit successfully reached high speed spin and completed all other functions of the test cycle with no issues. CL, per techsheet/use and care guide/service manual, is not a registered error code. with unit competing the cycle and not showing errors during diag, requested cx get a photo of the code when it occurs again, to better narrow down what is happening.unit is operating as designed as of today."
