"cx complaint unit shuts off displaying on the ice/water symbol but its dim. no lights no sounds. inspected unit and found pantry harness was good, no severed wires. I found no water under pantry UI. I found 01=01, 02=01, 03= both fans worked and baffle opened and closed. test 36 I found Ice box fan pulsates. I found unit then went into its failed state. no lights, no fans, no compressor. I found 3way valve solenoid and FC evap fan was clicking but not fully rotating. called TL tried unplugging p13, and p14 and found no change is units output. was told to replace main control. ordering power control, main control, ice box fan, Fc evap harness, led power board. once parts are in please set return with cx. cx paid $120 owes $240 on return; ordrng 1 W10804160 (control) and 1 WPW10624574 (power control) and 1 W10846539 (ice box fan) and 1 W11249952 (Fc evap fan harness)"

"cx complaint unit shut off and did not come back on till 2 days later when she tried again. inspected unit and found 243.5vac to unit, I also found polarity was good. I found unit did have low air flow. I found a small blockage at the exhaust. I was able to remove it and also shortened the exhaust hose due to it getting bunched up. units air flow was better. I think unit over heated due to the air flow. unit now checks good."

Cx complaint is that the unit is giving an F9E1 error code and gets stuck on 54 minutes in a quick wash cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit has an F9E1 and FAE2. I cleared the error codes and ran the diag test. I found that the unit completed the drain cycle but not all of the water was drained out. I manually drained the unit and found that the water is just trickling into the pipes. I inspected the drain system and found that the unit was installed and connected the the old existing drain tubing which is black rubber. I found that the old existing drain hoses have a restriction in them causing to drain slowly. I informed the cx that the installer or a plumber would need to inspect/ replace the old rubber hoses. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
