Customer complaint when unit is spinning it is making a banging noise after my last visit I had to fix the splutch and the customer has said that noise is no longer there that the issue now resides during the spin cycle arrived today and found no air codes on unit ran diagnostic cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. Explain to customer that the unit is too close to the wall and that the drain line is going to hit the back pan every time which is going to cause the loud noise. Inspected tub and tub was round suspension was tight. Explain to customer how to load properly she insisted that it was done that way every time. The only thing that she can do right now is speak with customer care if she is unhappy the unit called techline to document is working as its intended job complete

"Customer complaint broil will ignite, but will not heat up arrive today and verify complaint found when broil is turned on after two clicks ignite, but only lights a quarter of the way down. After letting it sit, it lit the whole thing, but only have very little bit of flame coming out of the spreader. Disassembled unit and checked orifice since this did have an LP conversion kit I wanted to make sure the orifce was correct which it was 090. Make sure there was no clogs and everything was flowing properly. Bake work correctly as well as the stove top. spoke with MR and MM and we decided to order a pressure regulator. Adjusted all burner flames because they were too high on low when reassembling unit I have found that bake parts were not installed properly installed all parts and tested unit and broil does not still light correctly ordering parts for return visit and will return when they arrive. ; ordrng 1 W11449506 (Pressure regulator)"

customer compalint unit sounds like a machine gun when dispensing water also one of the water vavles he replaced is leaking. I tested the unit an found the has a aftermarket filter. Replaced the filter and the unit stopped making noises. We installed a new filter and the unit is not making noises anymore. Looks like is just the filter but it maybe something wrong with the filter housing. I checked the vavle and found the hose did not have a straight vut . Trimmed the hose and tested. Unit is not leaking anymore. Quoted for valve if it start leaking again it will need new vavle and if the noise comes back they will need filter housing. WPW10394053 housing.

Verified complaint removed interior of freezer and found fill tube on icemaker is completely clogged which is making water run right into the floor of freezer. removed evaporator cover, and inspected fill tube to make sure there was no air leaks in sealed where I could make sure drain hole was not clogged. pulled unit out and inspected were filter. Was connected to refrigerator. Sealed up all cracks for potential air leaks reinstall all parts. CX complaint is WM shakes violently. Inspected/tested found unit was never leveled properly when installed by CX. The unit shook so bad it broked the rubber off the bottom of levelling legs. CX had unit up on 2x6 and legs removed. Advised CX how to properly install ubit and she is buying the levlel legs herself. Legs need to go all the way up to avoid shaking and levled properly. CX complaint is drain stuck. As soon as unit powers on it starts to drain and doesnt shut off. Unit is in a very expensive RV with custom cabinets etc. In order to access this unit the CX has been informed they need to remove doors and hardware surrounding unit in order for it to be pulled out. No way to truly diagnose unit without pulling out. Ordering drain pump to avoid possibility of having to pull out more than once. SPoke to Sharita and ordered pump that is in stock. Rescheduled appt for Tuesday 7/18/23 to order pump and give CX chance to make accessible. Removal would be eaier with a 24in like 1 1/2 in pvc pipe to evoid scratch wood underneath unit.2 Tech on return. CX is aware we cannot remove or reinstall doors or hardware; ordrng 1 W11046209 (pump-water)
