"cx complaint is the unit not heating properly and not turning the screen on when power is pressed. cx showed me the power button not working, she has to open/close door so screen will turn on. checked for codes and found F6E0, F6E4, F2E1, F2E0. cleared codes. checked temp probs in diagnostics. both show correct room temp. started a bake cycle at 350 in the upper oven. about 15min later started the lower oven. lower preheated first. upper was very slow and once it hit 350 it cooled back down. unit needs a upper bake element. ordering control, console and bake element. scehdule whenparts are available.; ordrng 1 W11451408 (console) and 1 W11448962 (control board) and 1 W11545804 (bake element)"

"Customer complaint unit will continue to beep after one use after previous text visit he had found this unit needed a new control board. I arrived today and inspected unit and could not verify why this unit needed a new control board. Found no error codes in the issue that was currently going on was there was water in the drip pan, activating the float switch. Remove the pan and cleaned out water ran test cycle for 15 minutes and could not find any water leaking from any gaskets. Wax motor gasket was good tub seal was good no water flowing over inner door. Only found some small bit of residue of soap in funnels going to overfill tubes. Call Techline to see if there was anything I missed and they said at this point there is nothing to re-level unit. Collected SR number. Unit is working as intended. Job complete"

"CX complains unit is not cleaning dishes, middle spray arm has failed, top rack keeps rolling out, and unit has standing water. Unit shows F4E3-wash motor not running. Ran unit through diagnostic testing and unit sump is spraying as it should. Middle spray arm has failed and will need replaced along with the manifold. Found unit top rack keeps rolling forward due to rack rails being worn. unit will need both top rack rails replaced. Called techline to document due to cx stating they have had multiple services recently by other companies, Spoke to TJ to document who agrees replacing manifold, middle spray arm and both top rack rails should eliminate all concerns. Ordering parts to be used on return, office to reach out to cx when all parts arrive. "Customer complaint is that the ice maker is still not working properly. Customer cycled power to the unit after the unit had only made one batch of ice and the ice maker worked for a few days and then stopped again. Test 56 is reporting E5 again. Test 58 reported 01. Test 57 ran properly. Test 45 failed to fill, but valve was on. Ran test 19 for a few minutes and then reran test 45. Ice maker successfully filled this time, but incompletely and the valve was noisy when filling. Ordering fill tube heater and triple water valve.
