"CX complains unit is not powering on. CX states they had another company install control and it shorted as soon as it was powered on. Cx is without warranty but has agreed to service fee. drain pump j6.3-j6.6 shows 1.7 ohms, motor j6.1-j6.6 shows 4.6 ohms, j6.4-j6.6 shows 8.9 ohms. called techline and spoke to Chris who said unit drain pump has short and control will need replaced after drain pump is replaced. Quoted cx for repair to which they agreed. Was able to replace control with pre i.d part, was able to replace drain pump with VS part. Retested unit and unit went through diagnostic cycle with no issues. CX paid in full with check. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL ADJUSTED. "Customer complaint unit was making a loud noise than she was used to. arrive today and inspected unit and found sound to be normal. This unit replaced an older unit that was not as noisy on the compressor side found temperatures to be holding good at zero and 38 compressor was running. It sounded as it should, customer was just not aware of how it should sound compared to her older one. This unit is in a garage that is not climate controlled. I explain to customer during colder temperatures throughout the year the refrigerator may not work as it should to be aware. I sent the owners manual to cx since she didnt receive it. "cx complaint unit leaving blue stains on clothes. also clothes come out wadded up. cx showed me jeans that have blue stains that wont wash out, took pic. advised cx theres nothing in unit that will cause stains and something must have gotten washed with it. cx kept insisting that its from detergent. cx has tried both liquid detergent and pods. advised detergent will wash out with water. then found it may be from the blue part of a 4-1 tide pod. pod may have been wrapped up in the jeans since she was having problems with clothes wadding up. found unit out of level. releveled unit and advised cx to not use those pods anymore. tested unit, no errors stored and test cycle runs good. unit is working properly."

"Customer complaint is that the unit made a wierd noise during agitate and the shut off, would not work anymore. Basket turns freely, but the bearings are grinding. Suspension tested good. Checked for stored error codes and found F7E1, F7E7, and F2E3. Inspection of the drive system found the gearcase is leaking oil, the splutch is not secure and has eaten a hole in the belt sheild, and the belt has fallen off. Unit needs a new encoder, control, actuator, splutch, gearcase, belt, and shield.
