"cx complaint unit still isnt cooling enough to keep ice cream cold. inspected unit and took temps and found 14 degrees FC. I found .61amps from compressor. I hooked gauges up and found 11in vacuum and 100psi on the high side. i did not find a full frost pattern. called TL was told to charge with nitrogen and see if gauge drops , if not recharge system and see what happens. TL things system might have been under charged. charged system with 140psi of nitrogen and found the gauge did not move. was able to pull unit into a 30 in vacuum that held. i charged system with 56g or R600A. allow 24hrs for cooling. unit checks good."

Upon inspection found the water line didnt even have a rubber gasket in it to seal against the inlet valve. Cx installed the unit this way back in march. Corrected the issue by installing a rubber gasket and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

cx complaint is food getting freezer burn in FC after being in unit for a week or so and the ice bin being jammed. unit has ice under the bin and cx has plastic peices that fell out the dispensor when trying to get ice. unit is set to 36/0. prob shows 37/2. i used steam to melt ice under bin and remove it. bin is missing the release tab and has a hole on the inside allowing ice to fall through under the bin. poured a small amount of water through the chute. it leaked from the door. seperater is letting warm air in. installed preIDed part. restored power and set to recomended temps. ordering ice bin. schedule when approved/when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11129522 (ice-contnr) and 1 W11504381 (retainer) and 1 W11504378
