"Cx stated that they were cooking a pot of potatoes on the center burner and they heard a poof and saw the flames were out and they shut the knob off and smoke started coming from the knobs. Cx had called gas company and fire company and unit was red tagged and unplugged and disconnected. Was able to access unit and removed cooktop to find that the front insulation had melted to the cooktop. All wires checked fine. Used soapy bubbles and checked all tubes, connections and inlets and outlets and no bubbles or signs of leaks.. Replaced the cooktop and tested all burners unable to replicate any issues. Unplugged unit and shut gas back off. Cx doesnt feel safe having unit in the home. Contacted safety. cx is to reach out for resolution"

"cx complaint unit keeps not completing cycle and gives a LF. inspected unit and found unit at the time was in a cycle and was showing the LF. i canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1, f0e2, f9e1. i ran test 12 and found unit did finish with out issue. i ran each valve manully and found they were good. I removed hoses from unit and found good incoming water pressure. i then ran a quick wash found suds when unit was in a rinse cycle. called TL, TL recommended running a clean cycle with affresh and only running 2 table spoons of detergent. unit checks good."

"CX compalint is that the unit is diplaing a FAE4 error code. I also found FAE2 and F8E4 in diag. I inspected the float pan and found water in pan. I edjucated CX on the effects of using Dawn dish soap in the unit. I attempted to run 2 auot test and a normal cycle and unit would dispaly a FAE4 error on all test and normal cycles. I am ordering 1 Sump & motor (W11680075). Please note that this is a new part number that was located on Parts Portal with assistance from MR. Once the part is avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Returning tech should reinterate with CX the effects of using Dawn and the use of clean cycles with white vinage to help remove suds.; ordrng 1 W11680075 (Sump & motor (new part found on Parts portal ).)"

Cx complaint is the unit is not draining. Upon arrival I found that there was water in the unit and it has an F9E1 and an F3E2. I manually started the drain and the unit began draining immediately and was able to drain completely. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was functioning as intended. I found that the F3E2 error cade reappeared. I inspected the sensor. I am ordering the OWI and control and the unit is within the range for SP. I am also ordering the element. TL deemed unit unrepairable. left cx with SR# and advised to call cx service to see if they can offer any resolution. cx paid 120 service call with c/c"

"CX complaint is no cool. As soon as I pulled off back cover there was a strong odor of oil and regrigerant. Upon further inspection I found the entire bottom under and around compressor covered with oil. Tried to verify source of leak but could find nothing other than under compressor.. Replaced compressor, installed UV drier and process stub. Pressure tested unit with nitrogen and then vac'd down to 30in. FIlled the 48g of R600a. Final low side pressure was at 12 in vac. 24-36 hrs to get to temps. House is unfurnished and not occupied. Job is complete. If anyone is called back on this unit please contact me only."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not dispensing water. Upon arrival I found that the unit is making ice but the water is not dispensing. I pressed the paddle and found that the valve is not activating. I removed the cover and checked that the mometary switch is functioning. I also checked the vlotage and found that the voltage to the switch is only 41v. I found that the grey wire was pinched severly. Replaced inlet valve per prior diagnois. Pleaced inlet hose screen before valve in case it clogged so not to destroy valve. Hooked water line up and turned unit on. Unit starting to allow water into inlet jet for about 1 minute then the valve starte making a loud whining noise. Turned off water and removed water line from DW. Pulled screen and it was completely clogged with the same slimy substance that the valve is clogged with. Suggested CX contact someone to inspect his well. and per CX request did not hook water line back to valve and kept water supply to it off. Unit is working properly. CX 100% has an issue with his well and/or water supply. Job is completed. Only charging CX $75 labor which include $8 difference for part

FC was full of food and RC was almost empty. evap fan appeared not to be running at first but once I took FC drawers out and hit switch it came on with no issue. Damper was also working. CX stated it never gets below 41 in RC. Suggested he make sure there is food in RC to help maintain temps. Ordering control and returning with damper and evap fan just in case. 19 in stock. "CX complaint is low ice. and leaking. Inspected/tested unit thoroughly. Temp in FC was at 0 and RC at 41. Evap and condenser fans running properly as well as compressor. Tested IBF and it was very week. IM error code E2 for motor failure in harvest. Inspected Pantry harness and got 12.73vdc but UI cavity was full of water as well as UI connectors. Replaced pantry UI from pre-id and dried cavity. Unit was also never leveled back and when filling IM with water it streamed out into unit when the trays were empty. Levled unit back to 1/4 bubble. Also found rust on FC door. Attempted to clean but it is def rust. Ordering FC door, UI, IM, IBF and bin. Full P&L. Cannot reschedule at this time due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11577100 (UI) and 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade) and 1 W11658802 (IM) and 1 W11129522 (ice-contnr) and 1 W10815701 (dor-fip ss) and 1 W10909682 (nameplate)"

cx complaint is clacking noise in agitate. Inspected/tested and the sound seemed to be coming from underneath unit. Replaced rotor but stator wasdefective in box and ultimately not needed. Went to pull washplate and found bolt backed out and hand loose. Bolt has no thread lock on it and eases out over time. the washplate being loose is what was causing noise. As soon as I tightened it back down the noise stopped. Replacing washplate and ordering bolt Scheduled for next saturday 9/23 on FR; ordrng 1 W10752187 (screw)

Cx complaint is that the burners are shutting off when going from high to low and the oven does not seem to be getting as hot as it should. Upon arrival I found that the burners have started functioning correctly. I attempted several times to recreate the issue and was unsuccessful. i then attempted to do an oven calibration and found the control board is not allowing me to enter the oven temp offset to adjust it. "CX complai t is that the unit was making a knocking noise during the agitation. I found that the unit had severla error codes to include a F0E3 , F8E6, and F2E1. I found no concerns with the valve of the control console. I inspected the underside of the unit and found that the rotor cover was stuck to the top of the washer drain pan. I was able to lower the feet to help raise the unit offof the pan. Advised CX to lighten loads if possible and to replace the drain pan due to rotor melting holesin pan. UNit test good. I collected $120.00 for service charges via credit card."
