"cx complaint is getting water on the top of the FC door gasket. cx said it hasent been as bad since the mullion was replaced. when i arrived mullion had no water on it but FC door gasket did. no moisture/water anywhere else in the unit. ran teste #35. mullion is getting 12.7vdc. mullion shows 28ohms. humidity sensor is working in diagnostics, shows 32, in spec. i removed the cover from the top of the left door and dispensed some water. no leaks from that connection. all door gaskets are sealing. i called techline. they said engineering has been working on a fix for this issue. gave me a part# to order. said to order 2 of them and wait for instructions from engineering to be emailed to me. ordering part. wait to reschedule cx until i get the email from engiennering.; ordrng 2 W11159728 (gasket)s"

"CX complaint is condensation. Inspected/ tested unit and got the following findings. 0.67 amp draw (R600(good)). Element at 83ohm(good), thermistor was in range at 3.6kohms and heater thermal fuses are good. Unit is in garage and CX is aware of locaions requirements and effects but unit should still not be at 60 in RC and FC at 4. Checked for glogged drain tube with steamer and water and not clogged. Cannot go into diagnostics to check defrost control. Ordering control box. 2 in stock at Tribles. Spoke to Sharita and none in OS but she is ordering and told me to reschedule, Thurs 10/5 as return appt. Cx wanted hinges and doors swapped but I told him that was in install issue.; ordrng 1 W11594670 (control box)"

At time of visit unit is operating as designed and cx will need to monitor. Reccomended that after the cycle if clothes are still damp run on time dry for 10-15 min high heat as auto only gets clothes about 90-95% dry

"CX complains unit is not soaking clothing entirely. CX is within manufacture warranty. Unit shows no error codes. Ran unit through diagnostic test, unit went through diagnostic test with no issues. Ran unit through quick cycle with full load to replicate issue. Found unit not pulling clothing into center as much due to lack of clothing in unit. Called techline to document and verify. Spoke to Austin who agreed it is loading issue. Cx is to put clothing into basket around outside of washplate about 1/2 way up the basket for proper function. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
